The letter in panel 3 does actually read what Ryuji says in does in 4.

Drawing of Fidough in the third panel

I removed this detail due to the answer below, thanks again.

Samus amiibo (with two arm cannons for some reason) on nightstand in panel 7.

There is a portrait of the first persona protagonist, who by the way the persona series should represent more.

Rare dual arm cannon Samus amiibo on the shelf in panel 7!

Pretty sure there are legal conflicts keeping Atlus from doing stuff with the first 2 Persona games.

Also, they look for the oldest post finding the detail. In this format that is above you, not below.

Well that's too bad, I may have never played the first two persona games, but it would still be cool to see the old games get more love than just dlc outfits and songs.

N-Sight

Someone already pointed out the Fidough image on the cabinet in panel 3, but who is the blue-haired, fire-emblem-esque character that's drawn above Fidough?

The cape fasteners on Zorro's outfit have Asriel Dreemur on them; one is his boss form, the other is his child form.

N-Sight

I don't think it's a legality conflict for the first three Persona games per-say, but I do believe there's some other big reason why they can't port, remaster, or reference these games...

When Pyra exclaims that Morgana can talk, it's Incineroar who says, "Wow, imagine that." Because talking cat Pokemon.

I’m not sure if I’m correct but I think I found loss..? On panel 6 on the belt of the thing behind Morgana…
