I really love this movie! The first date I ever went on was actually to see this movie, so it holds a special place in my heart.

Anonymous

I remember this was a surprise for me. And THAT BELLY IS SO SOFT OMG

Anonymous

So glad you enjoyed this one! It really is such a special film (prob for me an animated fave behind How To Train Your Dragon), with so much heart. Funny as hell too! The low battery scene is a classic.... :)

LJ Mickey

Are you satisfied with your care?😭😭😭

Randee Carreno

Happy Friday, Natalie! 😊 I'm downloading this right now so I can watch it later tonight. I've never seen this movie. So it'll be a first time watch for me as well. Really looking forward to watching this reaction later this evening. Have a great day & weekend! 😊 Stay Golden! 💛

Yay Baymax!

Anonymous

And that’s TJ Miller just saw him in the Deadpool flicks

Perfect timing!

FKN LOVE THIS MOVIE!!!! BH6 is a FANNNNNtastic Marvel Comics Series in its own right to boot!! #Lessssgoooooo !!! :))))))))))))))))

Darryl Low

This is why I love watching animated movies with you Nat. Thanks for the laughs and the tears today, and as always thanks for all your fantastic work this week. Have a great weekend Nat 💛

Calo Grsf

Hi Nat, congrats for your 5000 patreons! And thank you for your great new reaction! I'm sure you broke your record for "it's so cute!" 😆 But I must admit I was surprised you were so affected by the emotion at the end (I mean the intensity), seeing the beginning I thought, "well, Nat has become resistant? Who is this impostor!" later: "Oh finally Nat is Nat! What I was thinking?" 😆 I can't wait for the next animation film! hahaha And rip Stan Lee 🙏 I hope you're fine, take care, be safe and stay golden! 💛

Danishprince

Great reaction, knew you would love it! A few things you had questions about: The original setting for the comic the movie is based on was set in Tokyo but the filmmakers decided to combine it with San Fransisco and make a mixup called San Fransokyo :D Fred is voiced by TJ Miller who you have seen in the Deadpool movies and How to Train Your Dragon :D

Psychotic Panda

I know big hero 6 won the poll but you should really check out encanto at some point. It is really something else :) (Great reaction as always btw)

I saw this one in the theater and i'm sure my eyes got misty, but watching again with you i cried a little. You bring so much greatness to the world wide web! Your heart is bigger than BayMax' belly!

Edward Of DOOM

Me to Natalie: I AM SATISFIED WITH MY WATCHALONG.

Ulrich Unterbrunner

As soon as I heard it is set in San Fransokyo I knew I had to watch it in cinema. Creating a japanese themed bay area city: Awesome! If only to appeal more to US audiences, but it was pulled off expertly. Also Skywalker sound delivered again spot on. The designer team even had several robotics experts from MIT and other places to help them not only designing the robots in the movie, but also how especially Baymax would behave (Inflating, bumping into the small chair, looking at it, defining it, processing what to do with it and then moving it to the side).

Edward Of DOOM

This movie came out in that sweet 5 year timeframe when 3D movies in theaters was a thing. It is much better in 3D. Not every movie looks better in 3D, but animated movies tend to do well in 3D. Look forward to the next animated movie choice, my pick is still 'The Secret of Nimh' .

Robert C

I enjoy Big Hero 6, but in some ways it feels like a retelling of The Iron Giant, which is truly a stellar film.

My Toasty Toast

You should absolutely watch Megamind the next time you want to see an animated movie

Anonymous

Omg I cried sooo hard lol

JokerDanny

please add Gotham to future TV Polls

Lucky Dragon ‘She.They’

Nat thought she was just watching a cute animated movie and oop, it's a Marvel movie

Jules 4 Fools

I'm very happy to see Nat love Big Hero 6 - and I'm very VERY excited to see Big Hero 7 in November 2022!

Anonymous

I’m so happy you got to see this movie. Was thinking you would like this movie. At one point at Disneyland, you could have met Baymax…

Anonymous

Great reaction! Following this 'Onward' would be a really great film to watch. Lots of fun and heart!

Nathaniel Castle

I get so teary eyed during this film, glad it’s not just me!

Jayson Phillips

I'm so happy you watched this movie, this was my wifes fav movie and she loved Baymax so much that when she died I placed a talking plushie Baymax in her coffin so that he could take care of her. Great movie!

Byron

I suspect it’s not the Marvel connection that makes it so popular. It’s just such a great, exciting, yet emotional movie (more so than most Marvel movies, now that I think about it). Iron Giant next! Lol

Thomas Richter

I haven't watched 1-5 yet! o.o

JarHead0351

Great Pick Nat!! After seeing this years ago, I bought for my online library.

Anonymous

I always meant to watch this but never got around to it. Loved watching it for the first time with you!

Jrag

Rango is another animated masterpiece

MightyHobo

I loved every moment of this reaction video. This movie has been a favorite for a while as just one of those movies that you come out of feeling lighter and hopeful after watching and those are always my favorites. It was a joy seeing every reaction I originally had by someone else.

Heliastein

This was really awesome, it had been years since i watched it with the kids. Brought back good memories and it was nice to re watch it with someone who had never seen it before :)

James M

luv it!

minuteforce

Loved rewatching this one, I think Hiro's journey is so well-written

Logan Kerlee

It makes me so happy that you watched this one with us. :) This movie never fails to hit me in the feels. <3 Super enjoyed this one, I'm very glad that it won in the polls. Good job everyone! <3

Anonymous

Loved this reaction. But it got me thinking. Have we watched The Iron Giant yet?

Brandon Zepf

Warrior (2011) is one of my favorite movies! It's vastly underappreciated and probably isn't popular enough to win in polls, but I'd suggest giving it a go sometime.

Yani Dodge

Honestly, I don't ever remember noticing the mirror parallel, so glad you pointed it out! Loved watching this with you :) I'm always down to watch more animated movies you! I hope you do watch Encanto soon, it's also really sweet and I'd love to watch it with you. Stay golden!

Keith Jacobsen

Fun reaction, Nat! You're great, but please don't crawl out of my screens! PS You've mentioned wanting to see classic, award-winning films. Plus, I've never seen you react to a Western iirc. 3 suggestions I'd have would be Dances With Wolves, Unforgiven, and maybe True Grit (the Coen brothers remake) Just a thought!

Lee Gannon

This film takes place on Earth-14123 in the Marvel multiverse.

Lee Gannon

Not only does Scott Adsit voice Baymax in this film but has a character in the comics based on him who was a SHIELD agent.

Edward Of DOOM

You missed out! There was a whole long Prologue involving Callahan founding the Gifted School for Nerdsters and discovering Tadashi's ability to harness chi as a young child to increase his intelligence. Not to mention the invisible Oni of Hell's Pantry and his involvement with Tadashi's parents' deaths. Was epic.

Joe Blankenship

I've got a digital copy code for this if anyone needs it.

Jack Mellor

She has, although not for the channel, but you know, when she was growing up I assume, it’s one of her favourite movies. She mentioned it her Ted Lasso reaction, she got so ecstatic because a clip of The Iron Giant appears in the background of the show Ted Lasso. And coincidentally my favourite movie of all time. I can absolutely see the Iron Giant in this movie, the dorky kid with a dead parent/s or relatives, a cute robot, the comedy of trying to keep it a secret from the parental figure, the short while it’s evil and blinded by destruction, and then of course the sacrifice and sad goodbye, and then the happy ending. Just with a more superhero story. Glad someone brought it up! Thanks!

Jack Mellor

YES! Someone mentioned The Iron Giant here! My favourite movie ever! Big Hero 6 is pretty much Disney Marvel Iron Giant with a more superhero oriented story, ironic though right? SUPERMAN…😭❤️

Shen V

We're some right bastards sometimes, aren't we? Haha, we tricked you into watching another super hero movie! But wait! We also tricked you into another tear-jerker. Mwahaha! Our reign of terror cannot be stopped. Also, I cannot believe you pulled the Callaghan twist out of your hat a MINUTE before it happens. I mean I can, because you know your scriptwriting tricks, but the timing was on point.

Foxyguava

i dont need it but just had to say, Joe, you are a real one. That's so nice of you.

Jomero

I'm glad you got to see this movie. This movie will always hold a special place in my heart because when my daughter was just a toddler, she loved to snuggle up to me on the couch and watch this movie for many nights on end. This and Wreck it Ralph are the two movies I will always remember most as sharing that special time with her.

Martin

Hey natalie please don't google stuff during the movie, i.e the cast

Anonymous

Anyone ever suggest The Mummy (1999)? One of my favourites from growing up. Such a wild fun ride and if she hasn’t seen it I’m pretty Nat would absolutely love it. Brendan Fraser’s masterpiece lol

Andy Hafler

Natalie, please feel free to google anything you want. These animated movies drive me insane when I hear a voice that I cannot identify. It is hard to focus on the story when all your mind is thinking "Who is That!" the whole time. I have even gone as far to have a cast list handy when needed. So, Natalie keep on googling whenever you think you need to.

Ilsuk Yang

I agree wholeheartedly. This is one of those movies that no one seems to know about, but when you suggest it to your friends and they finally watch it, they almost always love it

Mike H

That was a fun watch Nat. My first time seeing it as well.

Anonymous

PLEASE watch arcane! 9 episodes with 3 acts, 1-3 act1; 4-6 act2; 7-9 act3. Crazy character exposition I know you’ll love!

Anonymous

a fun live action fantasy film, I'd LOVE to see Nat react to, is The Fall from 2006.

Mastervodo

I am sure you will eventually get to the Arcane series. Because we will nip at your Nat heels until you do! Awesome music! Incredible animation! Great lovable characters that will make you say, "That's so cuuuuuute!" many times! And, of course, cry all your makeup off!

Mastervodo

Maybe you should put up a "Movies to make me cry all my makeup off" poll?

JAMES D'ALESSANDRO

Interesting fact. If you hear or see the word " superhero "in a book, show video game, or movie it has to be either a Marvel or DC property. The 2 of them jointly own the word.

Flux

You should do an animated movie from a different studio. Something like Wolfwalkers or Secret of Kells.
