Happy Loki Tuesday, Natalie! 😊 Not going to lie. When I first saw this episode, my anxiety went up during the last 20 minutes or so. LOL! First, Mobius and then Loki was pruned. But that end-credit scene gave me hope for the next episode. Loved seeing all of the different Loki variants in that end-scene. Loved that fight scene in the with Loki & Silvie with B-15's help vs. Renslayer. Have a great day today! 😊 Until the next video, Stay Golden! 💛

They don't say it clearly anywhere but the best deduction about Sylvie's nexus event is that she was happy. She was a nice kid happy, with 2 parents who loved her and told her the truth about being adopted. So she would never have turned into the asshole that our usual loki becomes which ended up prompting the avengers to become what they become.

So, without going into spoilers territory, the scene where Silvy was aprehended as a child made me think how laws in most countries obey the principle that "Not knowing the law, doesn't prevent from having to follow them, and being judged if broken". The TVA certainly follows this principle since variants don't know about the Sacred Timeline before being pulled by the Minutemen... It makes one think about the justice of Justice.

It is a cool end credits scene, but wish they had made us wait a week to stew on Loki being 'dead'. Sylvie did say "It's not about you" which is punctuated by him being pruned. It's such a great cliffhanger just to be resolved within 30 seconds.

You should have a warning at the start of this video Nat "THIS REACTION MAY CONTAIN NUTS"😄This week's TVA Tuesday had a lot more oomph in it, and I enjoyed this episode a whole lot more. Definitely a lot more engaging, with a bit of heart and emotion and some good character moments. Really enjoyed your reaction Nat, and I'm now invested, and excited to see how it plays out. Watching that fight scene before the Time Keepers for like the fourth time, and its so funny if you watch it, B-15 gets knocked down at the beginning of the fight, she falls down at the top of the stairs, then she disappears. She of course ran out, but why, and why didn't they show that?

When I first saw Gugu Mbatha-Raw in the first episode, she looked very familiar. I kept wondering what I had seen her in. Later I looked her up and discovered that she had played Tish, Martha Jones's sister, in the third season of the current run of Doctor Who.

The version I’ve heard and like is that the nexus event was a Loki wanting to be a hero and fight to save people. The TVA step in at the moment when Sylvie is enacting a hero’s story with her toys.

This is the episode that inspired my favorite Thor/Loki meme. Thor tells Loki to go F&^% himself and Loki looks up at him and says, "I tried brother. I tried." :)

I had that same exact reaction when I first watched this episode Nat! I expected Mobius to be pruned (although I figured it would happen in the next episode not this one) and then bam! Both Mobius and Loki gone! I kept thinking to myself "Loki must still be alive somehow. They wouldn't just kill two main characters like that. This isn't Game of Thrones!" Then I saw the end credits scene and I started clapping after seeing the Loki variants. This episode (along with episode 3) were my favorites of this show! If I had to put them in order, it would go: 3, 4, 6, 5, 2, 1.

Something I thought of during this rewatch. What if the TVA agents are a gathering of people that only had one variant on the sacred timeline? I mean, if there were going to be 50 or 100 variants of Morbius or Renslayer, that may make things hard to hide. Yet if there were only ever going to be one variant, then that would be the one you would want to recruit. Also, if there is only one, then that individual is good at following their prescribed path, and that in and of itself may point towards the type of individual that wouldn't make waves at the TVA.

I didn’t know there was an end credit scene when I saw this episode. But after Loki got pruned, I sat mouth agape through the credits until the post credit scene appeared. I don’t remember being so shocked at the end of any episode of television.

I'm thankful they had the end credits scene. I was straight sobbing at the end. If I had to wait a week in processing that grief, I would not have come back to the show.
