These are all series that I'm familiar with, but would love to revisit. It's been years since I've watched any of these movies and I just want to have some nostalgic fun!

If HP wins, I will definitely sprinkle in a few different movies throughout the series so that we're not solely watching Harry Potter for 8 weeks. I know how long that would feel to folks who don't love HP.

Hunger Games !

Travis

Ugh

Anonymous

Karate Kid would have probably been a good add but next time please

Dillon Decair

PLEASE check out the newest planet of the apes trilogy. I PROMISE you’ll love it

Anonymous

If u go with HP, sprinkle in Abyss: Director’s Cut. :)

Kelli E.

Yay, I’m excited for any of these 🥰 although I voted Hunger Games first just since so many other folks are watching HP right now!

Darryl Low

HP for me. Would love to see your take on these movies Nat as you're such a big fan 💛 Gryffindor Forever.

Travis

Watch the Departed 🙏🏻

David Blake

Back to the future is a must see!!! ❤️

Anonymous

I really hope BTTF wins!

Richard Moss

This was a really difficult choice!

Ian

Can't go wrong with any of these tbh but seeing as back to the future is only 3 movies i picked that but happy days whatever wins 💛

Kevin DiSalvo

HP is easily the best, but as I'm no big fan of rewatches, I had to vote for one of the short ones instead

Andy Crawley

It’s got to be HP, I’ve seen the 3 BTTF films so many times, and Hunger Games only has 2 good films out of 4. People can moan about Harry Potter all they want, it’s definitely got it’s highs and lows, but overall it’s just solid entertainment.

Anonymous

Yes! Abyss directors cut! It's only available on DVD. For some silly reason full frame is the only one available for streaming.

Anonymous

Have you considered rounding back and watching some of the films that may have been a close second in your polls? Or even including them in future polls? Some of these would definitely be worth watching, and it would be a shame to miss out on them due to them not getting the majority vote from your patrons.

Nick of Time

Back To The Future is the best trilogy of films ever made.

Steve J

I guess these are fine, but lets be honest, the original Back to the Future clearly head and shoulders above the rest.

R.BGames37

I love Harry Potter.. and Love The Hunger Games too.. so, Vote for both.. B.t.t.F not really my thing..

Ron

If HP wins, check out the extended versions.

Anonymous

You should watch John wick!

Bryan Fritchie

Are you going to go back and finish the Star Wars movies?

Brian Leonard

I chose Back to the Future. It is one of my favorites and I have zero interest in the other two choices.

Xanbry

Harry Potter! One of the funniest things to watch about it is literal seeing the actors age from movie to movie. There are a bundle of movies but I think you'll love the story!!!

Randee Carreno

Happy Tuesday, Natalie! 😊 All 3 are great film series! I have a feeling that HP will win. But I voted for the "Back to the Future" films. "The Hunger Games" was a close second for me since I just started re-reading those books for the 100th time. LOL! Whichever film series wins will be great! Have a great day! 😊 Stay Golden! 💛

NobleSon32

Three great ones, a shame Hunger Games isnt getting much love. I would prefer Hunger Games as it is shorter than Harry Potter and you have already been tied down with the lengthy GoT series. It would be a shorter wait to see you react to HP if you did so after HG as opposed to the opposite which would be an 8 movie wait until you could react to another movie series.

R.BGames37

Also. For in a next poll. Got some movies as well.. °The Conjuring 1 (Horror) °Schidler's List (Drama) °Liar Liar (Comedy) °The Nun (Horror) °Grave of the Fireflies (Drama) °Coming to America (Comedy) °The Curse of La Larona (Horror) °The Green Mile (Drama) °Bruce Almighty (Comedy) Greetings Raymond.

Lee Gannon

Back to the Future. Not a Harry Potter fan.

Andrew T

Back to the Future trilogy. Lots of things you'd need keen eyes to catch, both in terms of things changing in the present because of what Marty did the past (that aren't overtly stated), as well as things that connect between the movies. While HP might have a more character-driven storyline, making it a good long-form reaction series, Back to the Future is just more clever and discussion-worthy, in my opinion.

Anonymous

Back to the future movies are so classic

Anonymous

Harry Potter Harry Potter Harry Potter!!

Anonymous

I'd prefer Hunger Games but I'm strategically voting for Back to the Future because I can't stand HP since JK became Queen of the Transphobes, ugh. No offence to anyone who still loves it; I just can't shake the association.

Jon B

These series are all over youtube, any chance you could pick a less common series? I think Battlestar Galactica would be a lot of fun to watch, and I'd definitely be here for it.

Camaro English

Still waiting for westworld!! ;)

Casen Jamvo

Spider-verse! Spider-verse!

Anonymous

Forget Hunger Games - watch Battle Royale!

Brian Jones

Personally I would prefer you continue on with films you've never seen, but if I had to choose I would pick Back to the Future. It's only a trilogy. HP would be a bit of a slog, although I'm afraid it's getting the majority of the votes.

Tiger Chu

How about the Hobbit Trilogy since you've done the Lord of the Rings movies already

Ken

Never could get into Harry Potter. Just not my thing. I love the first BttF, but after that I think it's diminishing returns. Have only seen the first two Hunger Games. I had low expectations but was pleasantly surprised by them, so that's what I voted for. But not ecstatic about any of these tbh.

Justin S.

Always fun to revist entertaining series, especially from childhood. Back to the Future Trilogy is in my top ten all time favorites. Just really hope you start reacting to more of the entertaining action and scary films from the 80s and 90s, as well as some of the critically acclaimed dramas/thrillers. They would make for great reactions when you haven't seen them before. The movie Speed (1994) would be an ideal first choice. Or continue the Lethal Weapon series.

Kiera

One doesn't even need to have that as the reason, even though it's a good one. The HP films really do a huge disservice to a number of characters, notably the dynamic between the Trio, and it's closing film is just...eugh. Not even a certain other TV show being reacted to on here was as bad at the end, imo. ;)

This_Jedi_crafts

Wow - so far the voting (at least for the top two) is CLOSE!

Anonymous

HP first, Back to the Future second 😊

Kenneth

Back to the Future, no doubt, but I think an interesting series to start would be The Expanse, there is great fan engagement on this show and it's an awesome watch.

Steve J

biggest complaint about HP for me --> the color grading on the last 2 movies just crushes the life out of the story. I swear if they showed HP7 & 8 in black and white you might not even notice.

Anonymous

It's a close race so far. BTTF should go first. Its 3 short movies then done. HP will take a month or two to go through.

Anonymous

If you do HP, I'll probably unsubscribe. The anti-trans stance of the author, the racist stereotypes, etc. If that's the way you go, no hard feelings. There are tons of reactors that don't promote hateful stuff made by bigots - I can just sub to one of them instead.

codenamewitch xx

Omg Battlestar Galactica would be AMAZING!! Tons of hard decisions, conflicts, and character moments that I feel like Nat would have a great time analyzing. There are so few BSG reactions out there that this would be awesome!!!

Anonymous

Hobbit trilogy!!! I gotta be the only one who isn't crazy about back to the future. It's always been meh to me

Anonymous

Bye Felicia. You can enjoy art while criticizing the artist.

Anonymous

The Expanse should be up here!

Niklas

The Hunger Games is my choice. Would love to see Harry Potter as well though.

Radek Nohejl

I want Hunger Games.

Bruce Bromley

Nat, if you ever want to dip back to the 70's, the original "Planet of the Apes" series is always a good choice.

JG

Hate to break it to you, but your "wokeness" on this subject is just another form of toxicity, and doesn't make you any better of a person than JK Rowling. Let her react to what she wants without the petty threats and hypocrisy.

Anonymous

have seen them all, so no preference. I know it is not a movie series, but would love to see you react to the miniseries Chernobyl

Lucky Dragon ‘She.They’

With as neck and neck as they are, why not alternative with Harry Potter and Back to the Future movies?

Cole Jennett

Much rather see first time reactions. Where’s the fun in watching someone watch a movie they’ve seen before. I’m sure once in a while it’s nice for her, but a series? There are a lot of great movies she hasn’t watched yet. Waiting on Braveheart.

Anonymous

"Harry Potter" is a series that, thankfully, manages to be more progressive than the person who wrote it (as can happen), but personally I think you'd appreciate watching the "Back to the Future" trilogy, after "HTTD" I've realized it's especially interesting to watch you take in a series of three films without having to wait years between movies, see the whole thing as one single narrative spine without feeling as though they're making up the road as they go along.

Anonymous

Thissssss, we Need natalie tasting a proper Space Opera. Beltalowda together

warcrimes

I have no interest in any of these and voted Back to the Future because it's the shortest.

Dooly

Quite weak choices. As long as Hunger Games, a glorified Battle Royal remake, doesn’t win then I’m fine with whatever.

Anonymous

Nat should give Terminator and T2 a go. However I wouldn't suggest anything after those two. James Cameron was on top of his game for both movies.

Stefan Johannsson

Seems like a lot of people would prefer first time reactions. Second that. Btw, no GoT today? :(

Rime Pendragon

Please, not Harry Potter !!

Anonymous

TV show series: Battlestar Galactica (not 1980s series).

Curaitis

How about mixing the HP Reactions up with Back to the Future Movies Natalie?

DarkJokester

Not really into watching reactions to movies that you have already watched. Can we get one these movies on the next poll... Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile or Terminator.

Anonymous

I do hope a lot of people like HP movies, i personally will opt out...

Troy B.

Ah, I was hoping Hunger Games would win, as I've not seen those. And I'm hoping the HP movies are "free" on a streaming service somewhere, as I'm reluctant to pay to rent 8 movies that I'm only watching for the reaction.

Chris H

The "... of the Planet of the Apes" trilogy should be on the list of future considerations. Great movies all three!

JarHead0351

Harry Potter & Hunger Games are both good choices - Back to the Future is lame - could of added X-Men w/Deadpool

Anonymous

Thank you for sharing your reactions, it has brought back many memories of many of my favorite movies and why I enjoyed them.

Anonymous

Harry Potter would be perfect closer to Christmas. Hunger games would be better now

B. Lopez

I always feel like I’m the only one who doesn’t like hp

Anonymous

Jo Rowling is not great but Prisoner of Azkaban as a film is so good that it singlehandedly swings my vote here.

Jai Nelson

You might be lol but to each his own. I don’t like The Grateful Dead, my brother doesn’t like Game of Thrones, and my dad hates Nirvana…tastes are a strange thing.

Eric Janssen

I can understand the new kids not having seen 80's classics like BttF, but I can't understand a glut of fangirl reactors never having seen 00's-10's Marvel, Harry Potter, Star Wars or LOTR, unless they were "scared off" by what they thought the fandom was. “Geeky” fandom aside, Harry Potter is a pretty class act--Like Marvel and LOTR, it's the franchise that does their movies big, knows how to put everything into the pot, and, unlike a few wannabe "franchises" today (ahemfantasticbeasts), knew where they were going when they started. Although I’ll second John’s point that it would be better at Christmas, and Back to the Future is a quick summer snack. Or Galen's point to mix them.

Eddie

Can't get enough of the first two Back to the Futures, they're so much fun to watch.

Gilbert Gonzalez

Back to the future is always fun and good lol My pick of movies I’d love to see you react to are: The Equalizer 1 & 2 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi

Matt Gwinn

I chose Hunger Games because I haven't seen them all, but honestly I'm not excited about any of these. The Harry Potter films are on TV ALL OF THE TIME. Back to the future is good, but they are less good the further you go. I think going with series and themes really hamstrings you as far as scheduling goes, and they obligate you to watch films that aren't that good. I'd rather see you react to 3 great films rather than 1 great film and the 2 lackluster cash grabs that followed.

Byron

Team “Mahteee”!

Anonymous

I love Harry Potter but I rewatch them with my little niece all the time, I voted hunger games.

Eric Janssen

So, which would you rather ride at a theme park-- The old Back to the Future sim-ride at Universal, the Harry Potter Hogwarts ride at Islands of Adventure, or the "Panem Capitol Bullet Train" coaster from Dubai's Motiongate park?: https://www.motiongatedubai.com/en/rides/motiongate-dubai/the-hunger-games/capitol-bullet-train

Robert Reichle

Except many people LOVE all three Back to the Future movies and don't think they are weak cash grabs. It's hard to top the first of anything, so you are right that there is a decline, but it's a decline from amazing to just really good entertainment. That's not too shabby.

Jason Colbert

Honestly you should watch back to the future first then Harry Potter. Movies that were made in the 80s and 90s has something about them that everyone should watch at least once in there life. Speaking of michael j. fox you should also watch TEEN WOLF if you haven't already seen it.

Anonymous

I hope all of these eventually happen. It’s chose Hunger Games which seems to be losing.

Anonymous

I'd prefer hunger games, but HP and BttF were too close so I went with HP. It's been a while since I've watched either. Not a big fan of BttF, though they're fun movies.

Ashley Faith

Aww man, you would start HP RIGHT when it's about to leave Peacock for a while. O well, still fun.

Jerick E

HP and Hunger Games definitely.

Ken

I can already imagine 28 hours of Natalie saying "Guys, I'm so confused"

Anonymous

HP with BttF as your movies in between.

Niklas

I hope you give The Hunger Games movies a shot in the future because I could see them being pretty powerful reactions. Lots of emotional moments.

My_Cousin_Mose

Personally I'm gonna give another vote for "I prefer 1st time reactions" sorry. I'm not super excited for Harry Potter because its 8 movies you've already seen and the movies range in quality all the way from just ok - great. I absolutely love the books so I'm not a Harry Potter hater. On a side note, Nat's price to get access to all these videos seems to be half what most other reactors charge and she puts out a lot of content. So maybe there isn't much to be complaining about.

Jai Nelson

I voted Harry Potter, but you’re right, it would be much better around Christmas/Hanukkah/Winter solstice.

LionBro

Can the next show you react to be Sherlock?

David Brown

If Harry Potter DOES win, "sprinkle" in Back to the Future during it. Please.

Brian Jones

The way I see it, it's voicing your opinion. Nothing wrong with that and I said basically the same thing you did. In the end it's her decision and subscribers will make up their own minds from there. I certainly wouldn't stop subing over it or anything, nor would I suggest anyone else do that, I just wanted to make the primary reason I do sub clear. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Vincent Valentin

Ugh, Harry Potter. Buffy ruined that series for me long before JK Rowling did.

Anonymous

To be honest, I don't care about anything you have seen I am interested in first time reactions. Have you seen the original Planet of the Apes series? It started with Charlton Heston, and moved to James Franciscus, then went back to the present (well 1971), then to a different future because the female ape that went back in time was pregnant, and finally the battle to decide the fate of the planet of the apes. OK, not the best series ever, but it resulted in the best. 20th Century Fox took a chance on George Lucas space opera Star Wars despite other studios rejections because it had some success with Planet of the Apes.

Anonymous

whatever wins, I'm happy to watch anything along with you Natalie!

My_Cousin_Mose

Im not a big fan or the direction the other 2 went but the first is AMAZING.

My_Cousin_Mose

I originally didnt vote and said I would prefer 1st time reactions. I change that now to Harry Potter because screw cancel culture. JK isnt a transphobe or any other ist or phobe.

Anonymous

I'm abstaining from the vote, as my preference is watching you see films for the first time.

Eric Janssen

Wait, WHAT? She's SEEN these? (whistle!) Foul!: I rescind my vote and declare do-over on the entire list. You know the rules, be "nostalgic" on your own time...Life's too short to watch movies again if you haven't watched the even-numbered Star Treks or Sean Connery 007's yet.

Anonymous

These comments are fire! I changed my vote, let’s go HP!

Kebab

Watch Contrapoint's video on Youtube about J.K Rowling to get a better idea of why people have a problem with her.

Anonymous

There is nothing wrong with liking Harry Potter. You do not need to stop enjoying it because JK is a transphobe who has caused unbelievable pain to many and cost people their lives by influencing for the worse relevant legislation and funding with her enormous platform and fortune, and denigrating human rights. The series is very important to many people and it is valid to believe in "Death of the Author"; that the series is disconnected from her and now folded into the public's culture. However, it is problematic to give her more money to fund her bigoted activities and furtherance of harm to some of the most vulnerable people in our societies. It is problematic to publicly celebrate her work while not acknowledging the issues of JK, since she is still in control of the series and benefits the most from it. The money and clout she receives she then uses for harm. I would ask Natalie to acknowledge the problematic nature of JK if she chooses to promote HP by reacting to it. For everyone complaining about "cancel culture" or "wokeness" and other bigoted talking points: shame on you. Your punishment is having to live with yourself.

Loneavenger96

Have you considered a short HBO series after Game of thrones called Band of Brothers?

Jeffrey Searcy

Watching the hobbit trilogy after LOTR is like giving up your lambo for a ford focus.

WackySwacky

That is a thing with the director, David Yates. I personally feel like his style of filmmaking doesn't really fit the magical world of Harry Potter. The first 4 films in the HP series definitely fit much better. Unfortunately Yates is the guy who's directing all the Fantastic Beasts movies.

WackySwacky

True, but this could also work as a "Christmas in July" situation.

Jack Mellor

I'm in such a Potter mood at the moment, been listening to the Stephen Fry audiobooks past few days so naturally I'd love to see your reactions and opinions on the movies!

My_Cousin_Mose

I have lost count on how many times I've listened to those. When I think about Harry Potter those are the voices I hear now not Watson, Radcliffe, and Grint. I cannot give his performance enough praise.

Anonymous

Awww: lookit allll these transphobes (VERY LEAST of her problematic stances, especially when it comes to the Potter books, et all, themselves) supporting JKR instead of something worthwhile like BTTF.......sadge

Anonymous

...I mean sure that could be it....or it could be that people are just fans of the movies/books...

Anonymous

Have you seen the original Ghostbusters and sequel?

Anonymous

Shakespeare's works had anti Semitism. Churchill was a racist. Should we burn their books too?

Armchair Wizard

no we shouldn't. And we shouldn't burn Harry Potter either. I still enjoy the works. The difference though that some might have is that JK Rowling is still alive, so buying her works is directly financially supporting her.

My_Cousin_Mose

Just about everyone on earth should watch Schindler's list, and if you're smart you'll record yourself doing it!

JayPeaBee

It may be just me but I view videos of someone re-watching something as “fan commentary” and not “reaction” videos - unless the watching was so long ago that it’s like “watching anew” I’d love to see reactions to some old film classics. 1933 King Kong. 1960s original planet of the apes. 1939 Gone with the wind. Etc.

ActionJeans

I know big franchises like these will get lots of views, but there are sooo many great movies out there to explore

Alex Vazquez

See "Last of the Mohicans"!

Eric Janssen

Yeah, let’s keep this point fresh while everyone else is either stoked for Harry Potter or arguing its correctness: SHE’S SEEN IT. What new insights does a second watch even bring to the table?: That she liked it? I’d rather have the suspense of finding out fresh.

Amanda Sargent

This was a really tough one. Have you reviewed Hamilton yet?

Anonymous

not really possible, as its an guarenteed DMCA copyright strike waiting in the shadows

My_Cousin_Mose

You guys can't give people like this an inch. JK said nothing wrong, don't be afraid to say so. You guys all see the few people on here calling everyone transphobes, don't cater to their bullshit one bit cuz it will never be enough. Trans women should NOT be in sports or locker rooms with biological women, from small children all the way to the Olympics. There is a difference between women and trans women and its ok to acknowledge that. And there IS something wrong with pushing this on children.

PickettsChargingPort

Yikes! (slowly backs away from thread and disappears into bushes)

Justin S.

My_Cousin_Mose, I think it is just encouraging people to treat trans men and women like human beings. Of course, there is a difference and there is a difference between men and women, but no should be treated like they don't belong. It's simply discrimination. Regarding cancel culture. No one is saying that we can't work with people that have different opinions and beliefs but there are some issues that compromise just isn't possible. It's fine disagreeing on movies, music, sports, food, and even religion in some cases. However, social injustice and harsh treatment of fellow citizens and human beings is different. If you find out that someone is racist, homophobic, or xenophobic, it should not be a surprise that many businesses or people do not want to associate with them. It doesn't look good regarding morals. Furthermore, there are many Republicans or people on the far right spreading lies, propaganda, and hatred regarding liberals and Democrats, but then they still expect them to still work together? That's not realistic. I don't remember anyone getting fired just for supporting Trump, but the man is a narcissistic, childish prick and conman, so if someone continues to support him, many are going to be turned off by that. It goes beyond just politics with him. I'm not saying that all Republicans are bad. John McCain was a much more intelligent and admirable man. He was someone you could actually talk to and compromise with.

Anonymous

Huh, I decided to delete my thread on JK Rowling as it was time for it to end, but not all the replies went *poof*. Oh well! Feel free to carry on without me.

JG

Translation: "Look at Me...Look at Me!!!!" Don't know how we will ever manage to carry on without you.... /s Good riddance.

Anonymous

Justin G, here is the deal. Natalie has over 4700 patrons. I am sure the exact number fluctuates every day, making my monthly payment a statistical blip. It is by no means a "threat" if I bow out for any reason I fancy. Natalie and I DM'ed about it, and she shares that perspective and respects my pov. I was only trying to provide feedback here while trying not to engage with the more violent/reactionary elements. For everyone's sake, let it rest. Let's move on.

Gwenhwyfar Aine

If you would read each book before each movie, you could have more to talk about(and complain about) lol ;)

Teaghan Doyle

I would love to see you react to the scream movies I think you would enjoy them

Logan Kerlee

Ack, I'm not surprised by this at all. While I definitely won't enjoy Harry Potter as much I know that the demand for it is stupid high. hahahaha, you won't be losing me during the month or two that you're watching Harry Potter, I just won't enjoy the content nearly as much. :P Hoping that future polls won't include a series that's both long and that I don't enjoy at all. Thankfully other than Harry Potter the only other series that comes to mind is Twilight and I really doubt that we'll be voting on that nonsense. xD If we do though, of course I'll continue to stick around. Love watching your content quite a bit!

Joe Mama

anything but HP

Anonymous

Come people lets go BACK! IN! TIME!

Andrew

You know, there is a middle ground where one can admit that Rowling's recent takes have been horrific and abysmal while also recognizing that at the time her HP books/films were created, there was little to no indication of her absolute social regression - these films were instrumental in a lot of young peoples' lives. I think dismissing them out of hand because of her recent bigoted tirades (which have rendered her work unreadable for me) is just completely dismissive and sucks for the people who grew up taking HP to heart. I never did - I was a LOTR guy. But I know what it's like to cherish a series in that way. I can't imagine reading tweets like that from Tolkien, you know? Just be kind to one another.

Andrew

Oh, and vote for another series regardless - I've heard Natalie reference*** HP in reactions before, so I know she's seen at least one of them. Re-watches are inferior to new watches, yuh.

REDR58

I just happened to work my way through the whole HP series for the very first time over the last few weeks. I was surprised how dark the films were.

chicks dig me

Sprinkle in back to the Future...

Anonymous

honestly would love all of these

Anonymous

Come Back to the Future you got this. Gun dat shit to 88!

Anonymous

If my calculations are correct and you choose to watch back to the future, you’re going to see some serious shit.

chicks dig me

The biggest problem with the Harry Potter series is Harry Potter fans.

Lock_Down

It's better to see unseen series than revisiting in mY opinion.

Josh

I know a lot of people are more connected to natalie when she’s emotional and if you want emotional natalie hunger games is a great series for that.

Anonymous

please try maze runner! ill love see you reacting 2 it :D

Anonymous

The Hungry Gays is my favourite book series and they adapted them surprisingly well. I guess there is no contest though, when up against Harry Potter.

Kevin Townsend

I voted Back to the Future. I’ve only seen the first of the Hunger Games. And I saw the first Harry Potter movie at the St. Louis Symphony, because John Williams’ score is awesome.

Anonymous

I would like to suggest watching "A Very Potter Musical" by StarKid on YouTube. I think their characterizations of the Potter characters is just way more fun and enjoyable to watch than the early HP movies.

Danishprince

Late reply but she has already seen this before started doing reactions :)

Raven Dark

Were you planning on reacting to the rest of the series? if you haven't seen the other movies, I'd love to see you react to them.

damonlfc

We need more potter movies Natalie

damonlfc

When are we getting the next Hp movie 🎥
