Westeros Wednesday 🙂 just saw the thumbnail of nat laughing this only makes me more excited to watch 😀 got me smiling already on that note lets begin 💛🐺

Cripkie

people think Cersei is dangerous lol. No, its people with a abundance of emotion that stumble upon power that are truly dangerous.

Jai Nelson

“The Doom” is actually a big mystery even to book readers. No one really knows what caused it, or if it was multiple things. There are theories, but my favorite one is a little spoilery so not gonna mention it for now.

"It's not a strange place its her home you dumb bitch!" That had me laughing hard!

Thanks Nat for to share this with us 😁! "F**** y'all I'm flying!", you are just too good, so many Golden quotes in your recent reactions, you're awesome! 😄 You are so involved and concerned with the series, that at the end we have a taste of too little 😜 I can't wait for you to see the rest, I am like a chip on my chair haha I hope you're fine, take care, be safe and stay golden! 💛

That was a packed episode Nat. Even the "Oh Boy" counter lost count. I love how Stannis is quietly observing everyone, seeing their strengths and weaknesses, but valuing their talents. Half of Sn.5 gone already. Wow. Thanks for a great video today Nat 💛

Cripkie

there are many viral/ bacterial infections in reality that zombify "damage brain function leaving only base instinct". Encephalitis, rabies I mean there are even fungus that does it.

I thought you only do GoT reactions on Tuesdays and Thursdays? Either way I’m here for it!

Joe D. MacGuffinstuff

You gotta give Stephen Dillane some credit, Stannis is not an easy character to make in any way interesting. Danaerys in a previous episode more or less said that she wanted to prove that she could be a capable ruler, not just a name with an army, before crossing the sea. I think apart from genuinely caring for the enslaved people in Essos she wants to have an established reputation as a queen and a conqueror that precedes her when she goes for the Iron Throne. The music at the end reminds me of the OG Planet of the Apes lol

Tranquil_Gnome

I love Jon Snow in this episode . . . well all his episodes. Measter Aemon and Jon Snow! I love their talks. Knowing what we know from the end of the series, several of the scenes in this episode have an extra meaning. This happens often in the series. GoT was made for rewatching.

Dark? This season isn't dark. Yet.

Darryl Low

Usually Tues, Weds and Thurs for Thrones, but as there is only 4 episodes left after tomorrow, Nat will probably do 2 eps next week and 2 the following week, and then start Sn.6 the week after with 3 episodes.

Randee Carreno

Happy Wednesday, Natalie! 😊 Downloading this right now to watch in a few hours after dinner. We're already at the halfway point of the season. It's been a really good S5 so far. I'm looking forward to watching this reaction this evening. Have a great rest of the day today! 😊 Until the next video, Stay Golden! 💛

The Doom of Valyria was like Mt Vesuvius covering Pompeii, but on a far larger scale. House Targaryen and House Velaryon left Valyria a couple centuries before, so they were the only surviving Valyrians.

I love that you said "tying yourself up with all this" because that plot line is often referred to as "The Meereenese knot"

Alan Kobb

The Valyrian Freehold was just like the Roman Empire. George R.R. Martin was inspired by the fall of Rome and the legend of Atlantis. The people there tamed the dragons and used them to conquer most of the continent of Essos. The craft-workers of Valyria invented the hardest metal (Valyrian Steel), the most powerful magics, and more. The Doom is not really defined. The tales say that every mountain for 500 miles exploded and the ground shook. It killed most of thte Valeryians and their dragons, leading to a century of upheaval in Essos as new governments struggled for dominance. Several years before The Doom, a young maiden, Daenys Targaryen predicted the doom, so the entire clan moved to the island of Dragonstone, in the Narrow Sea, off the coast of Westeros.

Fair trial? Due process? We’re 5 seasons in, shes hasnt done it yet, we may have cheered for her “badass” moments in the past, because “they were all bad guys”, like the witch, the warlocks, the slavers. But shes been brutal this whole time, granted dude was an ass and a slaver but he trader her an army for a dragon, fair and square, she kills him AND EVERYONE ELSE THERE. Granted warlock stole her dragons and kidnapped her, and “king of qarth” helped set it up and killed some of her guards, so she set one on fire and in tombed the other alive… AND THEN LET THE DOTHRAKI PILLAGE AND PLUNDER (and possibly raped and murdered, they like that too) THE REST OF THE CITY, among the other things shes done taking the cities of slavers bay, like crucifying 200 something masters alive, granted probably most deserved it, but not like she checked, her guys just grabbed up first 200 they found, HA fair trial, she may be the Queen of the people but shes still Queen and does what she wants. And lets not forget her brother and his crown of gold

Honestly we need more Got reactions than 3 a week. we all want to see your reactions to end of this season already.

LionBro

Could you watch more animated movies?

Ellis Hugh

I had to laugh when Nat said (about Theon) "you better not hurt him!", remembering how much she hated him - how much we all did - earlier in the show. One of the most amazing things this series does is make you just HATE someone, like Jamie or Theon, and then make you sympathize with them, perhaps even cheer for them.

Aaron

Greyscale isn't such a weird disease when you think about. Rabies can turn the gentlest dog into a vicious unpredictable animal. Greyscale stone men are just magic Westeros rabies people. Now that we're on the topic, I'm remembering that I'll be skipping season 5 ep 9.... This show crossed the line for me a couple of times...

In short: She has no clue what she is doing and after all is just a teen that is ruling with brutality, that has an army behind her and is on a powertrip. And people always wonder why i cant stand her 😁😀

Paul Gibbons

Peter Vaughn what an actor! Steals every scene. RIP.

Nettles

c'mon dude! no spoilers. You could have said that exact thing as a comment on episode 10.

Kevin Anand

I love watching Stannis and Jon together. Mutual respect.

Alan Kobb

It's funny that you should say that Daenerys is "tied up" in Meereen. Book readers talk about the "Mereenese Knot" which is the knot that has kept her tied up in Meereen for 2 books. Dany made a commitment not to let slavery return to Slaver's Bay, yet she cannot even elimonate it in the city that she is Queen over, never mind the rest of the region. The show even made a bit of a joke about it. If you recall when Tyrion gifted Podrick with three ladys at Littlefinger's brothel, he described one of them, Kayla, as being one of only 4 women worldwide who is able to perform a proper Meereenese Knot, implying that it is a sexual act, when actually it is an act of writing oneself into a knot. There is no word on if Mrs. R.R. Martin can perform a Meereenese Knot...

Ellis Hugh

...or if George can untie one, given the fact that we've been waiting 10 years for him to do so.

Laura Thornley

The Valyrians are exactly a Roman Empire equivalent. They even have roads that are superior and still are regularly used all over Essos.

Linus Marjeta

Daenerys literally stated last season (i think) that if she can't control Slaver's Bay, then how would she be able to control the seven kingdoms. Her stay in Slaver's Bay serves 2 purposes, one is eradicating slavery as much as she can, the second is training so that she's actually properly fit to rule the seven kingdoms if it comes to it.
