Hey friends!

Here is my reaction to the next episode of Game of Thrones! I'm starting to see why y'all love the Prince of Dorne so much.

Also fun fact...I realized that I'm wearing the same shirt in this episode than in the last couple episodes, but this is like a full week later after doing laundry 😅 apparently I just love this shirt a lot haha

The intro starts at 3:33 for those who skip the recap.

As always, thanks so much for your support here on Patreon and until the next one, ✨stay golden!✨

Happy Tuesday, Natalie! 😊 Getting this downloaded right now so that I can watch it later tonight. This has been a good season of GoT so far. Looking forward to watching this reaction this evening. Have a great day today! 😊 Until the next video, Stay Golden! 💛

Right, they had a different actor for the Mountain this season, he is Icelander Hafþór "Thor" Júlíus Björnsson, World's Strongest Man champion in 2018, he can pull over a thousand pounds, so you know Tyrion was quite fucked.

Ian

Thrones time 🐺 hope you had a good weekend nat and had fun at the beach 🏖 season four continues I'm excited to get into the episode got snack got drink let's go 💛

Jai Nelson

The girl who plays Shae (Sibel Kekilli) is a porn actress, so a lack of acting skill is understandable lol. Her porn is pretty good though for Turkish porn lol.

Darryl Low

"Her aunt is cray-cray" Nat, you tickle my funny bone 😂 So many great "duo" acting moments in this episode, with The Hound & Arya, and Tyrion who has 3 great scenes with Jaime, Bronn and The Prince. Thanks for a great video today Nat 💛

Calo Grsf

See Nat laughed after the death of a character, made! GOT is definitely starting to have an effect 😆 Thanks Nat for this reaction 😄 ! I loved your reaction to the dialogue between Tyrion and Oberyn, a very well done moment. And as always, you find beautiful phrases to enrich your reactions 😆 I hope you're well, take care, be safe and stay golden! 💛

Great reaction. I hope you got your sushi OK! The poor man who died is in the Riverlands. This is about 1000 miles south of the Wall. This is where the war was happening. There are hundreds of Lannister soldiers who will kill a man for whatever he has, plus plenty of Stark soldiers who got left behind after the Red Wedding and became brigands. Walder Frey is now the Lord Paramount of The Riverlands, but he really doesn't care much about protecting the lowborn, so really there is no law in the Riverlands, and a man can be killed for pennies without worries. Daenarys is 16 years old and was taught from a young age that her only job was to manufacture babies. She is in her private chambers with a handsome man who is begging her for her company and has shown that he is willing to kill for her. She has been turning away his advances and gifts time and time, yet he keeps coming onto her. You know as well as I do that she LOVES the attention. In what world would she ever say no? Would a 16-year old Queen Nattie have done anything terribly different? Maybe not ask him to take off his clothes so quickly, but you know...

You are really starting to figure this show out. You guessed that Lord Oberyon (sic) would champion for Tyrion, and you knew someone would be going out the moon door. There is just no surprising you anymore. Well, there is always the next episode.

The whole jorah and daenerys dynamic always weirded me out. His character is 44 in the first season and hers is 17. I get that large age gaps arnt always a problem for those involved and contextually in this medieval setting 17 is considered an adult. But when they meet her character is essentially an innocent sheltered child, before she has to grow up very rapidly. and thats where his "obsession" stems from. It feels like the sort of dynamic that would be synonymous with a teacher very badly hiding his feelings for a vulnerable student. Dont get me wrong, everything she has done to earn his loyalty up to this point on top of that shows in his actions, but the cornerstone of that loyalty is a bit creepy.

Ian

Tyrion and oberyn's scene is one of my favourites in the entire show and it gave Nat chills that says just how good it is 🙂 another solid episode with some great moments. lysa not knowing how far the drop is through the moon door, well ummmm how about now 😆

mike

Littlefinger kissing Sansa needs content warning. GoT went too far with that one.

Conzi

Love this episode! I do think that final scene is executed a lot better in the books. It's the last chapter of the book and it's revealed that Littlefinger started everything with the poisoning and the letter to Catelyn at the same time while he's slowly stepping closer and closer trying to calm her down and then while your mind is still processing that Littlefinger is the master villain he pushes her out the moon door and the book ends.

Yayyyy I’m finally aPatreon Member I’m so happy to finally be able to watch full length reactions 😁😁😁

Ilsuk Yang

Yeah, the Mountain gets recast a lot (at least 3 times, if I recall correctly)!

Uncle 'Traveling' Matt

Okay, apologies, but I have to ask: What is it, to your right, that you keep looking at during the reactions? Are you looking at yourself on camera?

Joe Blankenship

Yeah, I don’t think anybody likes the stuff with Dany and Dario Naharis.

Darryl Low

Nat has a second screen showing what she's filming so she's checking it from time to time to make sure the lighting is fine, and that the camera is recording.

Travis

Upload the next one rn please ❤️ I know you watched itttt

Kiera

I don't see why, as it's roughly for similar reasons as in the book. It's a pity we never got to see the true Daario though, forked beard of changing colors and golden mustache all. Show Daario is nearly a mute, stylistically, in comparison! Book Dany is arguably worse, if we're taking about intimate relations, taking Irri along as a paramour in A Storm of Swords.

Misty Crom

The "Actor" plying The mountain at this point (and the last recasting of the character - which is no spoiler. if he lives one more episode, or the rest of the show, it is true - is Hafthor (usually just called Thor) Bjornson, at the time a professional strongman who won world's strongest man in 2017, a bunch of Europe's and other shows and deadlifted 501 kilos last year; not to go overboard with the details, but to kind-of... clarify the 'freakishly big, strong and moves well for his size' in this case is no exaggeration. He's 6'9 also, for in-case you might wonder.

My_Cousin_Mose

It's always fun watching Nat react to Sansa and Littlefinger stuff.

Yea he's an absolute monster.. apparently he's a great guy too

Daniel Vezina

It's funny, you say Dany don't fall in love, 'cause love complicates things. Yet you still don't understand why the night watch take vows of celibacy. "love is the death of duty"

My_Cousin_Mose

You've brought this up numerous times and I always forget to comment- Jon is not a ranger. When Lord Commander Mormont said to him "I hope you make a better ranger than a Steward" and sent him with the Half Hand he wasn't making him an official ranger. He was just sending him on a ranging but had every intention of keeping Jon as his steward once he returned. In that scene Sam even says "I can take over Jon's duties until he gets back. It'll be no trouble". I may have misquoted Sam slightly there but the jist of what he said I know is correct. I think the Lord Commander said what he said to Jon as a casual friendly comment. I hope you make a better "blank" than a "blank" is a phrase used both in our world and Westeros it seems. In a scene earlier in the show Maester Aamon said to Sam "I hope youre better with a quill than a sword", I think the Lord Commander's comment was simply like that.

Jeff E

Prince of Dorne = the Mandalorian. Maybe I missed an earlier episode where you mentioned that already.

Alan Kobb

The actor who played Ser Ilyn Payne, Wilko Johnson was diagonsed with cancer after season 1. He was treated successfully, but was phased out of the series due to his health. He wasn't a good character for TV anyway because he was mute. One scene of his later was given to Bronn.

Sour

The third book ends with the scene where Littlefinger throws her through the moondoor and it's super crazy in the books vs the show. Littlefinger isn't a POV character so you really never have a clue what he's doing, and once he throws her through the door you realize he's the most dangerous character in the story and that you still have no idea what he's even after apart from vaguely that he probably wants to be King. In the show it isn't captured as well because if you knew less about him then he wouldn't be as compelling in the show, so you know more about him and it's painfully obvious he's gonna yeet her through the moondoor the way the scene is shot lol. This is one of the best episodes of the show though.

Doug Watson

It's funny Tyrion said that Bronn and Cersei deserve each other cause they used to date in real life. But it went so bad that they don't have ANY scenes together.

Gwenhwyfar Aine

The new actor playing the Mountain also in real life won the world's Strong man competition 5 times! He also broke like a 1000 year old record!

Andrew Clifton

It was ironic to hear you say you didn't enjoy the performance of the actress who played Shae. She has a much smaller role in the book but GRRM, the writer of the books liked her so much that he expanded her role. I agree with you though as I thought her lines were a bit stiff as if you could tell she was reading from a script.

Linus Marjeta

Everyone saying that the direwolves are wild beasts and should be locked up and are no pets are absolutely correct. Sure, the Starks have bonds with their wolves, but the others are being realistic. And no, Jon was not made ranger, Mormont just wanted Jon with him out.
