Weekly Update!! Commission progress! (Patreon)

Hello everyone! :D

Got a lot of behind the scenes stuff to show off here as i've been very busy! To start off i've got the final look at what I have animated so far this week, this is only a 3 second GIF but the final animation will be 30 seconds long with some varying speed and force from Huntress, some extra activity from Dwight and finishing with a climax. I attempted animating this 3 times as I was trying to do a different method of Huntress having more of a hip sway as she went up and down but I really wasn't happy with how it was looking but on my third attempt and not doing the sway on her hips I was much happier with the result. I've still got some tweaks as i'm not 100% happy with Dwight's right hand motion on Huntress's thigh and also adding some slight movement to the blanket of the bed to give it some more realism.

The second GIF is showing how I build together the characters to then animate them, there is a quite a few things I do with replacing the default texture with ones i've edited that add some dirt all over their bodies and I also adjust the overall colour of the the body parts to match the head of the character I have linked to a nude body. I do this to both characters and add any extra details the client may have asked for.

The third GIF is me first setting up the pose for the two characters which in this case was Huntress in a cowgirl position on Dwight. Not much to go into here but when it comes to commissions I always set up the pose and send it over to client to get their  feedback on it before I start animating anything, reason I do this is last thing I want is to spend a day animating just for the client to get back to me with changes they want to the pose which would render everything I animated useless.

The fourth GIF was my second attempt at animated this scene which as I said above I was trying to do a hip sway motion which didn't turn out how I wanted (The GIF doesn't show the hip sway but if you are interested the file below with the name "Discarded animation" shows the full process I did) Even though I deleted all the work I had done here it was still great practice and lets me know areas I need to improve on.

The final GIF is of the the final version I was happy with but further on in the animation process where I was focusing on the smaller details like the hand and finger placement. I tend to work in a order by animating the pelvis/hips, the spine bones, the head/ neck, shoulders and lastly smaller details like facial expressions/ feet and hands. Sometimes it changes but for the most part I follow that and it terms of this animation I want to get the basic loop done first which I will then manipulate throughout the animation to be at different speeds and other smaller unique animations to add some realism.

Everything you see in the GIFs can be view below in the different video files I have saved out. Hopefully you find them interesting but they do play very fast as it's hours of recorded footage sped up to be 5-10mins long.
