I suspect Kevin Smith gets paid to promote nerd-culture movies. Before Force Awakens came out he told this whole story about how he was "accidentally" invited to the set, and that it made him feel like a kid again and the movie is going to be so great. https://youtu.be/PApGfervszM I guess there's a chance this story is real, but to me it reeks of paid promotion. Maybe this crying at Wakanda Forever thing is part of that?
