you're right! Chuck only got renewed for 13 eposides at this point so they don't know if they gonna comeback, that's why it feels like a series finale eposide. the proposal is absolutely perfect with Chuck and Sarah in the hospital hallway, like Casey said "all you need is the girl". There's no music and fancy word just these two looked at each other, and the camera just focus on the janitor while them in the background. Definitely my favorite proposal scene!
