Patreon changes about sales tax (Patreon)

I assume most people already know about this, but in case the news didn't hit all of you already, Patreon is required by law to introduce sales taxes on some of the donors. It's a country by country rule, based on whatever laws the country you live in has. I actually thought everyone already paid VAT, since I had to whenever I tried to support a creator, but I was wrong. XD

Patreon didn't give us a list of affected countries or anything, but they did mention they will contact patrons themselves, so hopefully they'll be more specific there. The changes will take place on the 1st of July, so everything is still the same for this month's payment.

Here is a link to their FAQ on this, if you want to learn more. Also, sorry for not posting this earlier... But it kind of slipped my mind, actually. "Thankfully", Patreon has been badgering me with emails about it, so I finally remembered.

I'll be reminding people at the end of the weekly dev blog posts for a while, to make sure everyone is up to date. This doesn't change anything in countries were the tax was already applied, and I *think* it won't introduce it to most countries which currently don't have one applied, but as I said, I don't know the specifics.
