Aaaand we wrap up March 2018 with one final Micro episode. This one's a little closer to home, at least for me — it consists of a conversation with Retronauts East regular Benj Edwards. Benj recently posted a photo to Twitter announcing an upcoming move to a new home and, with it, the need to clear out a portion of the massive vintage computer collection he's been amassing since 1993. What does collecting hundreds of computers and keeping them in shape over the span of a quarter of a century entail, exactly? And why do it in the first place? I was curious, so I asked Benj to talk about his process, his motivation, and the future of his collection. — JP

Description: Benj Edwards has long dreamed of curating a museum of vintage PC history, and he's amassed hundreds of classic computers to make it happen. We talk about the unique challenges of preserving so many aging machines… especially finding room for them all.

Benj has grown to be one of my absolute favorites among the Retronauts. I love finally hearing about his collection and the process of collecting in depth.

Where are these music tracks from? :D Sounds so familiar but I can't put my finger on it.

Oh sorry, they're all from SaGa Frontier II. I figured for two low-key people like us, it would be less jarring to have some mellow/pastoral game music in the episode. — JP
