For me concentrating and accomplishing goals for my paid job is much easier because there's a lot more external accountability. In my "spare time" I run a rabbit rescue (www.rabbitsinthehouse.org), and have a much harder time working on long term goals and projects for that, instead focusing almost exclusively on the day to day immediate stuff. The strategies I learned from the ADHD Rewired Coaching and Accountability are helping. Putting everything I'm learning into practice is an ongoing process. Learning to accept that is also a process. It's also helpful being part of a community where I can get ongoing reinforcement and keep learning. I'm working on setting goals and planning in all domains of life, work, health, home, family, relationships, rabbits.

This video came out serendipitously the same week I had the epiphany I should be utilize my meds over the weekend because I go through so much worse yo-yo’s of energy-crash-energy-crash

I find I need my meds to last beyond Supper time. I need my brain to be calm so I have a better chance of actually sleeping. It’s a work in progress.
