Hello Brains!

I am using my last remaining brain energy to share that the Brain Chronicle will be a bit late -- I've been using the rest of my brain energy to finish polishing the first half of How to ADHD the book! 

I just turned it in to my editor, and will be crashing from hyperfocus now.

We'll post the Brain Chronicle with other updates as soon as my brain comes back on line :)

P.S. After a YEAR of writing this book I realized I forgot to include a chapter about forgetting stuff. So uh...I should probably include one, right?

Maybe have the editor put in a new chapter with the editor's note "The author intented to write a chapter on Forgetting to go here. But she forgot."

Forgetfulness as an ADHD symptom is what made me realize that I've truly had this condition my entire life. Even as a child, my mom called me the "Absent-minded Professor."

Doing laundry today. So I can relate. I don't bother with separating .only separating I do is separating my clothes and husband clothes so each get our own stack to put away.
