Very useful and concise. Thank you. Other mammals like polar bears shake after an intense experience and I have done a shake for 3 mins when my emotions are very intense and distressing. Worked for me. Of course many of my intense emotions are positive and part of the joy of having ADHD. I will try the other things you suggest. Thanks again. These shorts are great!

How to ADHD

Oh! I had no idea about polar bears! Though when I think about it and my experience with horses... horses will often shake or fidget when they're dealing with intense experiences as well. I mean... one is a predator and one is a prey animal but that really does go to show how natural of a response it seems to be. 😊 - Harley
