Today, we had to put down Brandy. She's been Jessica's dog since Jessica was twenty - basically, Jessica's entire adult life. Edward tells the story of how it went, but in case that might be too intense for you, the short version of it is: Brandy's last moments were tasting a delicious cheeseburger that was just for her (ok, we gave Chloe a little), and slipping into a lovely nap while her favorite human told her what a good dog she was.
