Welcome new patrons! 

Now that I've said that....here's the bad news! lol Just kidding. 

So I've been working a lot on just this one video using storyblock and now soundstrip. But I haven't gotten a chance to work on much other than that. It's looking to be a decent end product.

With that said, I am taking a semi hiatus. I'm going through some stuff right now again with my personal life including just being diagnosed with hemiplegic migraines. That's not a big deal to me but I've been trying in my breaks from editing to go out a lot on my own and try to make new friends to distract myself and I think I reached the limit of what I can do with that. I also need to just sit and read and think to myself. I feel like I spend a lot of time at the computer or having repetitive anxious thoughts about my life status. 

Right now I'm going to spend a lot of time in bed, then editing throughout the day, then going back to bed and listening to meditations for you know...the things that are hurting me right now.


I'll try to take this time to write some ideas for videos and do extra for the tiers in a week. It should only take a week or so for me to bounce back. But for a while now I have really struggled to think because of my anxiety and depression.

Take all the time you need. Don't forget to get some sun! A friend of mine has the same type of migraines. Doesn't sound fun. Hopefully you've got a good Dr. looking out for ya.

Maybe check out Lion's Mane mushroom. It can really do a little bit. Anxiety, depression, migraines, neuropathic pain. I grow it in my cabinet (but it is impossibly difficult). I would say heavy weight-lifting releases similar levels of nerve growth factors, at least initially. You can notice it from the dreams and thoughts being slightly changed. You have to take like 15g for it to be somewhat profound in effect. Maybe somewhat less can work better, like 5g. I mean heavy exercise and Lion's Mane would be the thing, when your issues stem from nerves damaged by past infection. Just wish there was a very strong solution to this.

Same for me. Except the migraine thing. Depleted my social juice resources, time to crawl back in my cave and work on myself, alone. Rest a little, make some order in my thoughts. Best of luck, to you!

Do what you gotta do to take care of yourself. We'll be here. Also, I can relate quite a bit to anxiety regarding life status. That's something I used to struggle with quite a bit. I'd be happy to share what helped me, just let me know. I'll just refrain from posting a big block of unsolicited text for now though. Either way, know that you're not alone in those kind of struggles. And know that at the very least you have a bunch of people who really appreciate what you do.
