I was an editor at the Daily Pennsylvanian where ur-JournoFraudster Steve Glass was executive editor. I remember the whole newsroom would shut down at 8:00 to watch the Simpsons. This was 1992/3/4. Matt Selman, who edited the weekly "culture" insert into the newspaper, went on to become an executive producer at The Simpsons. He's been there for 25 years. Isn't that absurd? The whole thing has been a make-work project for uninspired humor for more than two decades.

As any serious fan I watched the material in question. Or at least five minutes of it until it got too fucking painful. Real depressing stuff, voice actor for Marge really sounds like she should retire.
