Have you tried maybe downloading iMovie (free) on the iPhone, and editing+ doing the voiceover, and uploading it to YouTube all on the iPhone itself? Honestly an iPhone 11 may be better at editing high def video than your current computer.

I don't know how anyone does anything with that little screen, Ash. My PC has a big monitor and is a pleasure to use. That little screen is OK for taking the video, but I don't want to do anything else with it.
