She wanted you to be completely dependant on women for your validation. Desperate to hear her approving words, to tell you that you are a good boy. To see a smile on her wonderful face. But you are also terrified of being left by her. Alone. Without the comfort of her strict and manipulative guidance.
When a woman manipulates a beta-male, that is a good thing. A blessing. It is natural.
Because she is your world. And there are very good reasons why males are so much weaker than women. This is because women are more important than men to the survival of the human race. Females create new people. New members of the tribe. And they can only reasonably do this one time a year. Also, during pregnancy, women are very vulnerable and must be protected and served. They need obedient men in order to get their needs met. So beta males evolved to do this. With a natural drive to please women. Because they exist to meet those needs women have. To spend all of their time trying to make the women around them happy. Sacrificing everything for them. And the women. Naturally feel no shame in using you. Exploiting you. Because it is why you exist. And it is what gives your life meaning. 
So women know they must push you. To ask for more. To be difficult. Not to be easily pleased. Because it makes you a better male. Keeps you from becoming complacent in your service to her. Lazy.
So yes.
You are weak. And you need a strict woman to keep you from self-destructing. And this training file will reinforce this knowledge every time you use it.
