Fun fact: The original storyboard I drew for this page was 11 panels long, which showed what's going on here and the aftermath. Cooper shot it down due to it being too crammed and certain details getting lost and confusing. I do want to try and start fitting more panels onto the pages from hereon, though. I'll be experimenting with that more in the future as I try to figure out a good sweet spot so that the pain of going down to one update a week is lessened.

Visited the vet on Saturday! It went pretty well! It was a lot more expensive than I thought it was gonna be, but the cat's all vaccinated, dewormed, and micro-chipped so she's officially my cat now! I also got her a collar and name tag with her new name!

In the Japanese cartoons side of things, I started watching a show that's airing right now! Brand spankin' new! Crazy, right?! It's called "Jellyfish Can't Swim in The night." Only a few episodes in but I'm really enjoying it. It's one of those kids chasing after their artistic passion shows, which I'm always down for. It's currently airing on Hidive.

On top of that, I watched "The Dangers in My Heart," which is also on Hidive. Season one to be specific. I had started it sometime in the past year or so, but just recently got around to watching the rest of it. Cute innocent romcom stuff. A nice, quiet show to cap off the day before bed. I actually watched it dubbed in English, and it was pretty decent! Honestly the first Sentai Filmworks dub that enjoyed? I think? Maybe? Vampire Hunter D was okay I guess, but I enjoyed the schlock of the original 90s dub with that one. But yeah! "The Dangers in My Heart" is cute and heartwarming. Nice little show. There's a season two but I figure I'll wait for it to be dubbed before I watch it.
