Major problems in Neo Cyber City 9 again!

After so many attacks by Giants, the tinies gave up on memorable names like Minneapolis, New New York, Tokyo 6, Phatlanta, Wuhan, etc...

Wishing for a friend, Tessa posts up against the tallest building in town and waits for someone to come play with her.

The MEGA folder is the <VAM/AddonPackagesBuilder/GTSVR.Mega_Tessa.1.var> file uncompressed.

I also added a compressed .var to the upload if you want to test that out.

If you just want the city, I attached that below. Not sure if you need the .manifest file but I attached it anyways.
