Lee Se Young's coming back to our screens soon, and she's going to be in a very different role than the one she played in The Red Sleeve.

In The Law Cafe, she plays a lawyer with a 4D personality, and she runs a law firm that is also a cafe.

Lee Seung Gi plays a former prosecutor who's also the owner of the building where she runs her cafe law firm.

Based on that description and the trailer, it feels like Show's going to be more of a rom-com than a legal drama, so this might be more accessible to folks who don't gravitate towards legal dramas?

By the same token, it also sounds like it'll have a high likelihood of frustrating folks who actually do like a good legal drama? 😅

Show is 16 episodes and will air from 5 Sept to 25 Oct on Mondays and Tuesdays, on KBS2 and Viu. No word yet on whether other platforms like Viki or Netflix will pick this one up.
