2021.01.21 Hey all did a quick addendum to the post. I added in the fact that single story animations can indeed be focused on one or few characters as well as the fact we will still have voting where you can input things you enjoy! (see below)

Hey all,

This will be a LONG read but well worth your time if you want to hear and INFLUENCE the upcoming months on this Patreon.

I’m looking at long-term plans and ideas. Nothing is set in stone but I want to run my thoughts by you since we’re in this together. You might also have ideas of your own that may be FAR better than mine.

Everything we have is due to you and I working TOGETHER! We’re a team and you’re essential. Every month I work to bring you MORE than your money’s worth and view the Animation Tier as a pillar of our group.

So, let’s talk about the upcoming months of animation, ideas I am banging around and what YOU might think of it. Suggestions are always welcome so let’s start with a few basics.

1. Any and all ideas from me or anyone must serve (in most cases) all patrons of the Animation Tier. That means ideas which are geared towards ONE specific fetish or niche will likely be a much lower priority if the idea isn’t popular among the vast majority. That doesn’t mean we won’t ever do something off beat. It only means I tend to put my horsepower into things a lot of people and myself like. This also means controversial or possibly divisive fetishes will probably not be explored. One example is something like Futa which is not really my ‘thing’ (see #2) and tends to be polarizing. Again, this is only for reference so you understand how I evaluate ideas and feedback.

2. I always favor & work on ideas I love and am interested in. This is one of the guiding principles of my work. I have to love it because I do it basically 24/7. I do THOUSANDS of drawings a month for the animations and the comics. I need to love this or else it will be a drudge. Haha So yes, ideas that patrons like FOR SURE but I have to like it too!

3. Courtesy and civility are paramount to me when we are working on this stuff. You already know this but I work my ass off to keep this place a fun zone. I don’t see any reason we can’t be civil and respectful to each other and our ideas. I respond to EVERY single comment and message. I value your time and I want you to have fun here.

OK OK that all out of the way. Let’s get to the heart of it.

After talking with one of the patrons today I wanted to accelerate something I’ve been considering for the upcoming movies. I’ll bullet point the ideas and then explain a little more

FIRST - Transformations and fun action will always remain

All the basic breast expansion, giantess and female muscle growth will remain OF COURSE. This is pretty self-explanatory. No matter what we will ALWAYS have this wither it’s with Luna and company or new characters.

New direction and new characters!?! A series of ‘one or two off’ monthly animations centered on new characters and locations.

These would be in the GLab universe but not necessarily feature the main Growth Lab cast (think my Gyro series or Random Musing). Lots of things like growth on a cruise ship, a plane, on a camping trip, etc. Just fun little episodes with all the transformations you like but set in new locales from month to month.

We can also focus on one or a few characters

With a more open story-line and schedule a monthly animation can focus on ONE or FEW characters getting all the screen time. This could allow transformations to remain focused on a certain part or take more time.

Cerberus Station Wraps up soon

The current plan is to wrap up Cerberus Station (the current movie) in the next 4-6 months. After that I would (consider) starting up the above.

An early look at a one off in February or March?!?

As a nod to this idea, I am considering taking FEBRUARY or MARCH animation and making it a ‘one off’ type month centered outside Cerberus station. It will still relate to the main story but just be a neat switch to center on new characters and take place on Earth.

Short version – we finish up Cerberus station and then Movie 4 centers on growth outbreaks from lots of places with new people and the like. It’s probably going to have the usual gang in there to help set things up but there will be a lot of new faces and places. (at least that’s the idea)

Standard Disclaimers

I’m going to repeat myself and many of you have heard this but it bears mention for those new patrons. I’m always looking to bring a balance of ideas for new people and returning fans. It has definitely been about the Growth Lab main characters for a while and that’s basically my wheelhouse.

The thing is when people are asking for something new or different my goal is to make sure I’m hearing things clearly and if there is a course correction it would have to benefit as many people as possible. Ideally any new direction right on target for a LOT of people. I've said it before but I can't cater to a small fraction of the whole Patreon. Changing things to a less liked or less interesting direction is not the best course of action.

Ideally any new direction would be a positive for a lot of people. That can’t always happen but I do try. I also want to be clear any and all ideas will always be in the Growth Lab "Universe" even if they don't involve the main characters. (if that makes sense).

I take new ideas and suggestion seriously! In the end I want YOU to be happy and I want the vast majority of the people here to be really stoked about the monthly releases. I can't do everything for everyone but I do my best to deliver something interesting and fun EACH month and bring you more than you paid for.
