During her travels with Geralt, a mage starts chanting a spell. He's cut off as Geralt's sword slashes through him, garbling the last of the spell.  As the warped spell takes root it opens a portal sucking up everything inside.  Sylvia flies off her feet towards the portal.  Geralt grabs a tree with one hand and Sylvia with the other holding on as tight as he can.  The strength of the portal increases as it reaches critical mass.  Sylvia's hand starts slipping from the gauntlet Geralt is holding onto little by little, until her hand completely comes free.  She's sucked into the portal and Geralt jumps towards it, but it closes right before he makes contact.

Sylvia finds herself in a forest wondering how far away she's been transported when a clicker comes running towards her.  No stranger to monsters she quickly dispatches it.  The noise however brings a horde of infected down on her.  She spends the next few days running and hiding, taking a break in an abandoned building.   She's exhausted having barely slept when she hears someone come inside.  She takes up position by the door leading to the hallway ready to attack or defend herself as necessary when she feels a knife press against her throat.  She slowly turns her head to see Ellie scowling at her.

After sizing each other up, Ellie questions Sylvia to get a read on her.  Confused by some of her answers Sylvia explains the whole situation to Ellie.  They sit and talk about the differences of their words for hours.  Ellie explains that she's searching for some rare medicine to take back to the community and invites Sylvia along to teach her about the dangers of her world.  They travel together for weeks when they come across an abandoned hotel.   As they're searching they come across a full intact room that only has one bed.  They settle in and start undressing to turn in for the night.  As Ellie's pulling her shirt over her head she notices Sylvia giving her a sly look.  Her eyes widen in surprise and then soften as she finds her own gaze wandering across Sylvia's toned and muscled frame...
