I don’t like Bruno either, for similar reasons. He’s corny to me tbh, and the more people like him and talk about how he’s “unique” the less I like him. Some songs I vibe with, but overall very meh. I LOVE Anderson .Paak tho. Malibu was my shiiiit. But this song was very meh to me. Felt unoriginal and a lot like it was pandering, feels like something my mom would like and not in a good way lmao

Lmao I respect dee's opinion. I like bruno mars' music (specifically his more slow/chill type songs) but I can get where dee is coming from. Ngl I feel the same way about a certain other Hollywood artist but I'm not gonna say nothing about that artist...hmm my opinion on them isnt that they sound forced or are untalented but my opinion on the celebrity would get me attacked by stans simply cuz of how overprotective(🙄) they can be lmao. But this specific song I liked cuz the vibe was chill, I really like Anderson's voice,he has like a nice rasp or something, that sounded nice.

You wouldn't say, but I say lol in MY opinion he rips them off completely. There's a difference between paying "homage" and completely stealing a sound without adding anything original to it. What people call "his" style is not actually his at all, it's a rip off 🤷🏾‍♀️

Lmaoo I definitely felt that way about younger ariana Grande, but now I do feel like she grew to have her own style. Two singers I feel like have mediocre music or just dont stand out with their OWN style are Camila cabello and especially Selena gomez. But selena gomez...she is beautiful and she charts very well but I dont feel her as an artist and whenever sis gets into drama with anyone(bieber,the weeknd, and even demi.L)...lord she is the victim no matter what. Im not gonna be hateful towards anyone ,especially a celeb who did work infront of cameras since she was a child,but I dont feel for selena excitement whenever I hear about her or her music. I think selena gomez just bores me. Not because she is introverted but because I hear how sweet she is or how revolutionary her music is ,meanwhile i see her being victimized for everything and ppl even make excuses whenever she isnt performing as she should, I respect her but she bores me. Camila tho...she is just annoying for some reason.

This song is just recycled old school but Bruno as an artist is not just recycled if you listen to his albums you can hear the perfectionist in him and other qualities but this song with silk sonic isn’t giving go me perfection it’s giving me recycled

Bruno is a talented songwriter,producer,vocalist, multi instrumentalist and vocalist, and dancer however, this was just basic he added nothing to this song unlike his old music
