VRC Updates, VODs, and more (Patreon)

Hi all!

What a week! The VRC update on Friday killed the sub 1s streaming server which has caused many headaches! BUT I can now say that a few days ago a new build was published to the edge servers and it's proving to be stable! There's also a new, neater prefab for SDK 2 which uses standard triggers instead of the weird hacky method we were using before.

I also put some more development time into video uploading, distribution, and management and it's looking like VOD uploading is almost ready to be released to you lovely people! I'll be posting announcements in the Discord so make sure you join!

In my spare time...which somehow I even have....I've been optimizing the livestream pipeline and have almost cut CPU AND bandwidth costs on the ingest by half! Woo for optimization!

Once again, THANK YOU for supporting this project, I really can't wait to see what you'll do with it!
