The next version of the growth RPG will be coming out the 30th. I want to focus on some combat changes, expanding the skill tree, and possibly getting the dungeon ready for the next update. I had a few thoughts over my break about how to improve the combat and I wanted to know your guys opinion on it.

I was thinking for combat growth instead of having AP build by waiting you would get it through combos and its main purpose would be to spend it on buffs. That way you don't have to wait around to attack. And I also want to change how the growth skills work in combat. Instead of skill like Open Mind or Focus slowly increasing your stats I want it instead use up all your AP for a huge burst of growth that also counts as an attack. I think with these two changes it would make combat a lot quicker. I could also include another category of growth skills, ones that are slower that you can get knocked out of, but will grow you bigger with less AP cost. Let me know what you think

I know you probably aren’t into this but weird question can you add ABDL stuff?

It sounds like you are envisioning something very close to Yakuza's heat moves, build up your meter with attacks, dump it all on a big growth attack. It sounds great honestly, just make sure that you adjust player damage and enemy health accordingly. Currently we quickly hit a state where we are one shoting most enemies with basic attacks. You will more than likely need to dramatically increase enemy life, and regulate player damage enough so that it's actually worth it to go for big growth attacks rather than spamming basic attacks. Also are you open to us suggesting new structures for the dungeon revamp?

yeah I think something like that would flow better. I will probably need to scale a few things. I do want to add more enemies to fights too, but I think I need to optimize NPCs before I can start doing that.

Can we expect sound in a future update?

Would it be possible to adjust the mages in the endless dungeon? That's really the only place to power level if you want your character to get as big as possible, but once you get low enough, if you happen to encounter 3 mages, you're screwed with nothing you can really do about it.

New system sounds really good. I have a few additional thoughts that I want to throw out there related to 0.2.1/future patches. I'm curious, will you implement camera scaling for very large player sizes soon? Or unrestrict the camera zoom as a quick workaround, possibly? Additionally, I think jiggle physics could benefit a lot if it included balls too (they clip through thighs/legs currently), though I'm not sure how difficult that would be from a technical standpoint.

I tried with balls and they do not work right now. There might be a different configruation that would though so I'll try. The camera scaling works for players but the camera is hitting something when the player gets too big, still trying to figure out why.

Will sounds be added in the future? It would be cool to hear booming footsteps!
