this month and is going to be kind of short, I'm going on a vacation the 21rst-27th so I've got a week less. Then my parents will be visiting for a week next month. But that will probably be the last of my vacation until Christmas. So I think how I'll do it is this month I'll release the game on the 19th, then the hotfix on the 30th. I'll try and aim for possibly releasing it earlier and getting the hotfix out the 19th so you don't have to wait as long for a fixed version. I will put a caveat for this month, I might not finish/implement any mechanics because it is short. July should be fine though since I have 4 weeks to work on it. Real sorry about me taking time off, if it were up to me I would be working on other stuff but my parents are forcing me to go on a trip with them.
So the options for this month are
Ego Mechanic - Instead of the current system where you just get an ego potions, instead you would essentially bet on a fight, the higher your bet the harder/more aggressive the enemies are but the bigger ego reward. If you lose then you also lose ego. I want to try to incorporate running away from fights in this too, and have fights not always game over you.
Minigames - like in previous months these would be short little interactive animations that would give you a temporary buff in stats.
Polish - no new mechanics, just focusing on refining everything.
More character models - start working on possibly a lean muscle and musclefat models along with things like dragon heads. Along with an emotion system to better control the face and let it be more easily editable. I think ill probably do hips regardless of if this is picked or not. It should be a pretty easy thing to implement in theory
New Level - get started on a new area with new mechanics that will be centered around liches
