Yeep (Patreon)

In the past week or so, I've written 27 chapters of Punisher fanfic--enough for one update every week for almost seven months. The story in total is now 47000+ words long. Since the 17th, that is a little under 29 thousand words. I'm pretty sure at one point, I wrote five thousand words in one day. I'm tempted to do one more update, just to get up to a full 28 chapters and 30,000 words, but I think the vein may well be tapped for now. I told myself I was going to keep writing this until the steam went out and then get back to other projects, since I've written just about nothing but this for almost ten days.

It's a hell of a first draft. I've got a sex scene that's roughly ten thousand words, though it comes after about fifteen thousand words of plot. Well, I suppose we'll see how y'all like it. It's not exactly meant to be artistique, but I wouldn't call it low-brow either. Like John Carpenter. Elevated horror, but not elevated horror, y'know? I WILL be accepting constructive criticism.
