I heard that the worst dancer choosing was on the following day right after the dance video filming (which took like two days). That’s why when Daniel said they will monitor the video and everyone was like “Already?”, it actually means “the videos are done with editting already?”

Can’t wait for the next episode!!!! 🔥 Btw, the way they let the chosen worst dancer have a chance to redeem themselves in a battle kinda remind me of the rule of another survival show, the Death Match in The Genius (which is one of the best Koren survival show/variety show I’ve ever seen. Hope anyone here check it out if you guys havent seen it yet 🥺 You won’t be disappointed.)

I just hate that they made people call the dancers “worst” dancer when the way they competition worked it was often a tactical choice and less of the chosen being really the worst performer tho. Only one key thing for me this episode lol I became an Emma fan. 😂

As far as I know "freestyle" in teams is normally pre choreographed, I think they only get a small portion of time to do it but yeah. Plus lets not act like SWF has been loyal to the rules of dance battles at all lmao

I think they have a short time to prep any short routine for 2x2 and 5x5 etc battles. The individual portions are probably mostly freestyle

The cast said (in their instagram) the music for their individual battles were random & the team battles are called “routine battles” so I’m guessing they give them some time to practice for those!

yeah i was soooo unhappy about the second class video LMAO it was clear that lip j intended her choreo to be executed more rhythmically than focusing on angles or strength so the way rian re-configurated everything changed that entire vibe so the choreo didn't really fit with the execution anymore. there was also the issue of random cuts, and if you want to focus on cleanliness and angles than its the worst possible decision to use water in your video because that cleanliness is going to be distracted away from by the constant movement of water.

it wsn't labeled as freestyle, it said routine 2x2 and they showed the two choreographing in the room. It's really standard for dance comps but in some cases the music is also random and they usually keep multiple duo dances in their arsenal that can work on any music, obviously then it focuses more on rhythm and is less specific to the song. In this case they just let them choreo for a bit on the song.

I don't know if you still read these comments but for the part about jaehyun's personality. He is often like that however the year you stanned ended up being the year he was stressed working on his drama which clearly took a lot out of him with having to drive to busan for filming all the time all while still participating in all the comebacks and then it got cancelled which clearly would be a disappointment so I think he was just down then and is just recently getting back to himself after everything that too place last year

Emma's movement is so captivate in the main dancer choosing part, it made her famous. After the ep broadcast just like 2 hours later a fan upload a only that part of her from that and it had more than 500k views. I was in shock and clueless why that video had so many views because I didn't watch it for no spoiler while wait for sub

For the Second class performance video I agree with you. Now I know why I felt something was odd with the set, camera work and editing, I was so unsatisfied with that video even it's my most favorite choreo. I think even if they did find it was unsatisfied they can't comment about that. Also of course mnet won't ask them if they happy with it in their interview
