Well the Tribunal's over and I lost. They criticised the company and ops manager in the manner of how they handled the situation and believed that this was quite clearly an unnecessary dismissal and under previous rules I would be receiving a payout of around £40,000 but thanks to the fucking Tories rule the last 7 years and the changes in employment laws and employee tribunals, although their actions are abhorrent they are not illegal. 

Soooo.... that's a little shit.

Surprisingly I'm feeling quite good about it. Although the verdict didn't go my way I feel oddly justified that although the law isn't with me, morality is. That's done wonders for my confidence and I have this zen-like bliss about me now that that ugly chapter has finally closed!

Still, bliss ain't gonna pay my solicitors fees! 

I'm feeling much MUCH better now, like a huge weight has been lifted, even though I'm technically bankrupt now I feel I can move on and begin anew :)

So to that end look out for much more commission work as Gemma needs Gin Money! Thank you all SOOOOOOO much for the kind words and support! You have no idea how important that has been to me. Now I'm gonna pour myself a bourbon and get to work on producing you some more sexy sinful fight porn!
