2. How we handle our content releases.

(2a). How our video pipeline works. From Twitch stream to Youtube video.

1️ Step One: We stream the shows on our Twitch channel and Youtube Channel which is free to view and to participate in. After the broadcast is over, the VOD(video on demand) is then available only to those who are subscribed to the Twitch channel or is a member on Youtube.

Note: We use to be able to set select VODs to be viewable for free, but Twitch has removed this feature. So we've had to set the channel to be sub only -just- for VODs.

2️ Step Two: Within two days (or more, if the editor is unavailable) the raw VOD from Twitch will be uploaded to Patreon. Along with a ripped audio version for podcast listeners for our Patreon RSS feed. Those on our Traveler tier will receive the VOD and audio version.

3️ Step Three: After one week, usually on a Sunday, the VOD and Mp3 of the episode will be uploaded to Youtube and podcast platforms. Free for all to watch and listen.

(2b). How our PDF, Maps, Tokens, etc pipeline works.

Due to our Patron's support, we can now afford to produce two PDFs a month. These will come out when we can complete them within the month. You should get an email when we release a PDF in the form of a Patreon post. Where you can download the PDF and any other assets we release.

Major Note: As of January 2023, due to Wizard of the Coast's OGL shenanigans, we will be switching to the new ORC license once it's finalized from Paizo.

Our Pathfinder Kingmaker series is different from our normal release method. It is a pre-recorded Patreon exclusive show (besides the first episode) that will release an episode in a bi-weekly schedule. There are no livestreams for this show.

Note: Each post regarding PDFs come with a zip file that also contains its relevant assets, such as Tokens, Maps, and more.

Patreon isn't the best place to categorize PDF content. It's one thing about the platform we hate. You can view the collections page to find all of our PDFs. Alternatively you can browse our website's release section to see what's all available, but the collections page will be the most up to date.

[WARNING!] For Warhammer/WarHams TTRPG fans: If you came to this Patreon in hopes of gaining stat blocks or game content from the Warhams or the Warhams Fantasy campaign. Please be aware that we do not have that, as those systems are not under the OGL and so it's illegal for us to provide that content to you.  We do however have all of the tokens, scene cards, handout cards, and a bunch of image assets from those shows for you. You can find and download them here.

5. Complications and how you can affect our game!

What is a Complication?
To summarize, a complication is a fun way for you to affect our game live on stream! When one of the players rolls a natural 1 during the game, the players cannot re-roll that nat 1 with a hero point. The player has to take the punishment you the fans submitted!

How do I submit a Complication?
Those in the Traveler tier can also submit what unfortunate event happens during a natural 1 during the game. Please follow our guide here if you wish to throw a wrench in the campaign!

6. Cancellations, player sickness, and more!

Getting knocked out by sickness or personal matters happens! We're all human, and we do the best we can to keep the content consistent.

Be aware that if someone is knocked out or unavailable for an episode, we will do what we can to continue the episode. There will be times when we have to cancel, so please keep an eye out on Twitter, ND's Discord, and ZoranTheBear's Twitter to be informed of any episode cancellations or skips.

Not to mention if ZoranTheBear or another critical member is too sick, the shows and various things may be delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we prioritize our player's mental and physical health above all.
