Hello patreon comrades! It’s time to post another newsletter of our small and hardworking team. But what to write about when the studio is having just an ordinary work routine?

We are writing the script of the first episode, testing some funny game mechanics, polishing the combat and drawing different minor stuff. Nothing special and suitable for front pages.

But calm and deliberate work pace has its benefits. We have time to discuss the story and gameplay, make some conclusions from previous experience and debate over details a little.

Now, we’re going to invite you to participate in our discussions.

For instance.

Which role would you like to play?

At the earliest stages of development, we understood that it’s absolutely necessary to give player to choose whom they want to be in our game. An unprincipled, merciful villain who forces fair maidens to do all kinds of stuff? Or, perhaps, a hero whom these maidens happily give their love for his virtues and noble deeds? Or maybe some kind of a ‘multiclass’, an antihero who is rough on the outside, but has tender heart.

Also, we decided that we won’t moralize and preach to our players. And we’ll try to give each path its own bonuses and not penalties for ‘inappropriate behavior’.

All in all, even the members of our little studio have different approaches to roleplaying finding the benefits in each role. We have no doubt that our players have different opinions as well. So, we’re going to ask them.

If you were to choose, which role would you prefer to play in a game with ‘adult’ content?

1) Rather, a cunning villain.

2) Rather, a gallant hero.

3) Neither the former, nor the latter. Someone entirely else.

And in general

It’s always interesting to know the tastes of your audience. Not to indulge everyone (and indulge nobody as a result). But to be on the same page with the ones you make your game for.

So, here is another, general question for you.

What do you like in ‘adult’ games the most?

No, seriously.

The answer seems to be rather obvious. What could be the most attractive part of a game, where the main goal is to bed the babe of your dreams?

But it’s not that simple. Some will be happy with the basic stuff, some will require special kind of beauties, special relationship, non-trivial story, interesting environment, diverse gameplay, etc., etc. Finally, some will get the most fun from the conversations with heroines and consider the ‘adult’ content itself just a pleasant bonus.

So, we want to know what you like about the games of this genre beside the girls. Both about such games as a whole, and our games in particular.

We think that your opinions will give us some food for thought and certainly be useful for the project.

About the last city locations survey.

The results have shown that the most part of your proposed locations is already planned to be in game. If not in the first episode, then in later parts for sure.
