You aren't supposed to know Terry / Deborah, but the first settlement adult Kirsten visits in episode 2 (the one where she stabs The Prophet) is called "St Deborah On The Water" named after her, and there's a statue to her for all the work she did helping deliver babies

There's a scene where Terry writes a birth certificate for the children born in the department store that includes the orphaned infant, whose mother Rose died during childbirth. That child's name is Alexandra, probably the grown-up Alex of the Traveling Symphony.
