Just like in Breaking Bad, this show loves to showcase it's colors. They all have meaning. In this show, green means go. Everything is going well for Jimmy. All of a sudden, it's halted by Nacho. He's not allowed to have the ice cream in the car. The cone flips upside down, just like Jimmy's life is starting to (transitioning into Saul). Jimmy wanted mint chip ice cream- some say mint chip is refreshing. Kind of like how Jimmy is feeling until that car pulls up. He wanted the clean way of becoming his own man, his own lifestyle. But as we all see in Breaking Bad, that's just not possible. His idea and plan for Saul Goodman isn't realistic. The symbolism in this show is off the charts.
