I heard good things about this movie, but then I sat on it for years. Finally saw it and was so happy I did. Really has a modern day western vibe.

If you liked Ben Fosters performance you should check out 3:10 to Yuma. He's great in that. Dudes a scene stealer. Btw there are two Breaking bad actors in this movie. The teller in the first robbery is the meth head who crushes her husband with an atm. The other actor is the diner hostest who greets Jeff bridges character. She plays Mikes usual waiter in BB & BCS.

I agree with the others that Ben Foster is underrated. You need to see Alpha Dog, he has a great performance in that, as do Justin Timberlake and Anton Yelchin.

There are some amazing scenes in this movie but it suprisingly didn't hit as hard the 2nd time

Fun fact: Taylor Sheridan (writer of the film) makes a cameo in the film, he's the guy on the horse the officers talk to during the cattle scene
