Walt made a duplicate of the ricin cigarette using a salt shaker to fill the vial with salt, so they could 'find' the cigarette at Jesse's while keeping the real one inside that socket fixture.

The first time we see anything about Madrigal is towards the end of season 3. In the cold open with the Los Pollos Hermanos commercial, it says "Los Pollos Hermanos Inc. is a registered trademark of Madrigal Electromotive GmbH" and there's been a few references to it in season 4 as well. It's funny how on first watch nobody seem to really connect it all, and of course it's partially by design. The details in this show is incredible and it's a very rewarding experience to rewatch the show a couple times. I'm sure you'll get to that at some point after you're done watching it the first time around.

Its messed up how Walt constantly ignores how Skylar is feeling. He always trys to pretend things are normal. It was creepy how he was trying to be all itimate with her after she literally stood in bed all day and didnt eat anything.

That scene always gives me the heebie jeebies. Walter is all over her even though she isn't receptive at all. Gross.
