Those visions he had were chemical flashbacks. Being 4 years undercover as a narc does some damage to your brain. That's why later on the sky changed color and when the birds flew away in the end of the episode, they formed the symbol that the girls had painted on them. Also CI stands for Criminal Informants 🙂 Rust being undercover for so many years, he definitely knows some shady people and through those connections he found the guys at the gas station.

I'm there with Shane. As I am 'bad' for watching tv shows, despite liking good ones. There are a lot that have been or were long on my bucket list, or ones that I started watching, liked, but never kept up with. True Detective is one. I watched the first episode, maybe 2. I remember enjoying it a lot. I just had other things going on and never got back to it. I'm going to try and make an effort to at least keep pace with Brandon, and watch his reactions after/follow along.

aye good to hear mate same here, i barely watch other reactors and Brandon's the only content i've deemed worthy to pay for, its also put me onto some great films i never got around to watching, hope i can say the same for this series though as i woul've loved a Mr. Robot reaction series, if you's haven't seen it i 100% recommend, its a truly underrated piece of art and imo its the only new show on par with BB and BCS
