Production Update! 1.25.22 (Patreon)

Hello wonderful patrons!

As our new schedule thunders at the speed we hoped for, we're pleased to give you a progress report as it's second month of production comes to a close.

- Episode 3: We are 90% done with the art and animation! SFX and score will be handled hopefully at the beginning of February, giving us a late Feb release date for our third installment of this little Indie series. The new pacing is working just as planned, and we anticipate continuing this method going forward.

- Partnership Progress: We're still waiting on a final contract for the signing agreement with the folks looking to pitch the show. Since there are a lot of unknowns involved in that, we're wondering what to do in the twelve month span of the agreement, since it's almost certain that if the show were picked up (though that's a very slim chance), it'll be remade from the ground up by a proper production house. That's just how the industry works. If it does happen (we're not holding our breath), you can be sure we'll be moving right on to the next venture and keeping our hands busy with animating unique stories. We're already in the midst of plenty of fun shorts with new styles of their own, raising the production value bar with every trick we learn. Times may be uncertain, but we can be certain that original indie animation is in our future.

So that's how January is wrapping up! We look forward to being done with the art and animation at the end of this week, and charging into editing after that. You'll all receive an invitation to a private early screening per usual, so keep an eye out!
