Hello! I have a significant tile add-on today that I hope you find to be useful.

Last week I shared this collection of deck tiles. They gave me the idea to create some wild-west style buildings.

So over this past weekend I put together some basic tiles to create a new type of building. These are in the same general style and proportions as the previous house tiles that I've released.

You can see in the image above an example how to use them. You can further expand them by using other tiles that I've made in the past, specifically the deck tiles or by combining them with other buildings and rooftops.

Note that these are designed to use a front-face for the building, which would be layered over a rooftop. The included rooftop here is a really basic one that's just a variation of the deck tiles-- but the idea is that you can use the western-style building-face in combination with other rooftops.

For example, Here's how it looks with a rooftop from the modern expansion:

So that's the idea with these: without being too fancy, it's just enough to be the base for a new area, or maybe just give some additional variation for some existing town locations.

The set includes the building-face with borders, some variations for the top of the front-face, a simple doorway and window tiles, and a western saloon-style door tile. There's also a horse-hitch and feeding trough, like you sometimes see if you look up these old west towns.

I hope that you find these useful!

Like all my tile add-ons, these are arranged in a simple regular grid so they can be added to any existing tileset.

That's it for today. Might revisit and expand on these ones for the second release this week-- I think there's a lot more I could do, but we'll see, depends on demand. Let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions.

Thanks!

You don't know how perfect these are for something I'm working on! Could you maybe make a little tumbling tumbleweed sprite to blow about the scenery too please?
