In the modern age. the Warper was a threat not many could take seriously without raising an eyebrow at. Understandably so when threats came in the form of gun wielding maniacs and other such dangerous folk, not fantastical, reality bending abilities. A viewpoint divorced from that of the world's governments, who seemed adamant on tracking down this Warper character before the situation gets out of hand...

Unbeknownst to them all however, the Warper's grand plan was about to come to a head. And with a few hours away till the time for it's execution, there was plenty of 'fun' to be had amongst the sizeable weekend crowd roaming a central city park...
