It's incredible how many people I follow said "I actually feel sorry for [Lena Dunham]" after that article came out.

Thanks for saying what I was angrily shouting inside my own mind as it melted while reading LD’s persistent bullshit, and in a calm, moral way. It’s important to hear other sane people in an insane time. Also, yes, the NBA sucks.

T. You may be giving some of the radical black feminists too much credit by assuming there is a "plan". It may just be a bunch of non-sense and confusion. The example of Kimberly being cornered for defending the "weirdness" of LD reveals that they make up strange arguments and defenses almost impromptu. They cannot concede that they are wrong or have flawed logic on some things. The funny thing is she was doing the most to defend the masturbation. Who wants to bet on whether she would cape for a male who confessed some stuff like that in any venue? I think the behavior of such folks could have the consequences of "replacing" some white women or aligning themselves with white capital, but may not be truly intentional. Generally, it looks like a bunch of misdirected anger and reaching for likes by presenting well-written, sanctimonious crap with flawed logic. They'll defend non-sense to the death when their back is to the rope in an argument. You are right about how she took the tweets down. She argued back unsuccessfully and then realized how silly she looked, and removed the tweets. Her goal was to look good and garner support. Just shows that once you start to question and expose some of these folks, you begin to realize that analyzing their long term motives is not worthwhile.

i really want a sports ep with kenny now. I want his opinion on how to "fix" the NBA. i put fix in quotes cause i still love watching even though, yeah i get it, theres tons of drama and tons of no calls. my remedy is just avoid nba twitter and all the sports talk shit and just watch the games. As far as the new rules go I think they just need to find a nice medium point between the new style of all speed and shooting vs. the old super-physical and more methodical style. clearly a lot of these changes have to do with Adam Silver taking over as commissioner a while back. despite a lot of older fans complaining apparently the sport is more popular than ever now. do you think well ever find that medium between spectacle and a sport with coherent and consistent rules? or have you all just given up on it?
