ProRes Workflow & Better UI for video encoder settings (Patreon)

1. ProRes Workflow: ProRes video decoding & encoding, when enabled, some other video settings will be adjusted as well to ensure compatibility and video quality

The current UI design is temporary and will be updated in the next stable release.

2. Better UI for video encoder settings

I am also working on a better UI for Video encoder settings, so there could be more adjustable settings for both Software & Hardware encoders, and more encoders to choose from.

The 'ProRes Workflow' feature also will be integrated with the video encoder settings.

The design is not yet finalized, so there is no screenshot, more details will be available next week. This will not be available in the next BETA update, please wait for the next stable update
