When using ESRGAN to upscale Static Images, some PCs may encounter a problem that decoding the images will occupy a large amount of CPU resources for an unreasonably long time.

And [Sequential decoding] will fix this issue.

Even if your PC doesn't have this problem, [Sequential decoding] can reduce the CPU usage during decoding and increase the processing speed a little, as you can see in the previous table.
