Mid-December through February were hard times to schedule anything, for some combination of reasons. But now as spring overtakes us, suddenly we have a lot of Patreon events coming up so fast that I'm struggling to keep them spaced apart.

Here's a quick guide to what's coming up in March and April that's scheduled so far. Simon and I still haven't scheduled the March Beowulf reading but it might wind up being Monday, March 27th (so I'd pencil that in if you're interested in coming to it, but it's not scheduled firmly).

I give all times for simplicity's sake in my time zone, U.S. Mountain Time. To figure out what time this is for you, use TimeAndDate.com's International Meeting Planner and put in "Denver" for my time. You'll want to put it in the specific date when you're calculating this because a lot of countries convert to Daylight Savings Time / Summer Time at different days than other ones do (for example this week the U.S. is already in Daylight Savings Time but I don't think the U.K. is).

Stella will also be available to meet up in Madison, Wisconsin in early April so leave a comment if you're interested. The details: "I'll be in Madison, WI April 6th-7th: the 6th will mostly be me getting there and going to a concert that night, but I'll be free and remaining in town all day/night on the 7th, so that's probably the day I'll be available (no clue what's around there, but I should be staying near the University of Wisconsin campus). If anyone happens to be going to see HEALTH (a band) at the High Noon Saloon (I swear to god) the night of the 6th they're welcome to say hi too,"

At some point in the spring or earliest summer I will also be looking to schedule the first "regular" meetups for Colorado patrons (at least one in northern Colorado, probably Loveland or Lafayette, maybe one in Denver proper, and one in Colorado Springs). I say "regular" because this will be the first time it's not just depending on a book signing or lecture. There aren't many of you in or closer to Wyoming but a Wyoming meetup (Sheridan?) is a possibility for say early May, and depending on what happens to some invitations I've received, a Lexington, Kentucky meetup is possible in late April.

That's quite a bit and more might be coming. I'll be sure to give you the details when I have them.

All the best for now,

Jackson Crawford

P.S. Your Patreon messages often don't reach me, and vice versa for my replies to you. I don't get notifications for them, and there's nothing on my home page to show me when there is or isn't a message. I can't even always see them when I check for them manually, and you won't see it if I reply! The best ways to get in touch are: a) just to comment on posts like this, b) to post in the  Community page, or c) to email Stella at [admin AT JacksonWCrawford.com]--remember the 'W' between my first and last names in that domain name.

*inhales* But wouldn't that be Wōðnas *stundō? (Disclaimer: like a true Elder Futhark Gangster, I have no idea what I am talking about)
