Thank you for the link. I stumbled upon an article in a Finnish paper and wanted a second opinion on the new translation. Nice to dig into the study.

I actually live about 30 minutes away and work in Alex. I've been there once, wanted to make another weekend trip with the girlfriend just because its a fun place to go. I find it funny we were redoing Kensington's sidewalks and curbs last year and I noticed in front of the bar they have what looks like a miniature of the runestone. Thats just when I started learning old norse so all I could get out of it was "bloð" maybe this year I'll read a bit more or at least get some more pics of the miniature. If you ever decide to visit I'd love to meet you there; I'm not a native Minnesotan so I hold no ill will lol.
