I've been dealing with bad, sometimes debilitating, wrist and elbow pain for much of this year but worked through it. Unfortunately now that I've had a doctor look at it, it seems that I've got pretty bad carpal tunnel, right on the edge of being a real problem, so I have to limit the amount of time I spend typing every day. This is going to slow down translation requests, and written responses to messages and questions, even more (and remember that we will stop taking translation requests altogether as of 9:00 a.m. US Mountain time on Tuesday, November 26, 2019). Eventually I will get to everything I've taken on, but I have to prioritize my "real job" which calls for a hell of a lot of typing too, and there's no way to use dictation for most of what I need to write given the multiple languages and alphabets involved at one time.

As always, thank you for your kind support, and for your patience as I deal with this.

All the best for now,

Jackson Crawford

EDIT: from Stella:

As a possibly helpful reminder (or new information if you've just joined), if you have questions about Norse myth, finding a video, or really anything that you don't mind not being in a private message to Dr. Crawford, the email ( admin@jacksonwcrawford.com ) goes directly to me and most of the time, I will probably be able to help you out-- I do give priority to Patreon emails and questions, so if you put that in the header of the email or near the top, I'll definitely try my best to assist you as quickly as I can. (If it's specifically linguistics/ON related, it may take longer as I may have to consult with Dr. Crawford, but I will still get back to you ASAP).  So please feel free to use that email, or the Community page (I am trying to check that at least once a day)-- it may take one or two days to research things, but you are certainly encouraged and welcome to use it/me as a resource, especially given the current circumstances.
