This was the first episode they filmed, but the first episode that aired was more set up as a premiere episode and is episode 7 on Paramount I think. This season is so much better than season 1 and it has great music in it too

Excited for you to get into this season! Especially the episodes with songs because in my opinion the music gets a lot better. Also, I will add I think the imdb order is the best one timeline wise and you should probably follow that. I just took a look at it and it makes more sense with the episodes they have in that order especially because I always think of the episode 'Beggin on Your Knees' as coming first.

The show on Paramount goes by production/filming order, Amazon goes by airing order, and Netflix goes by production/filming but only has 2 seasons. The finale you watched was aired as episode 13 but it's production code is 19-20 which means it was the last episode that they filmed that season which is why it's the finale for Paramount and Netflix

Beggin On Your Knees was the first to air, which explains why the background of that song is in this episode, but this was the first episode they filmed for season 2. I think Beggin On Your Knees was the 7th episode they filmed, but they aired it first. But Yeah Paramount and Netflix go by the order of filming while Amazon Prime goes by airing order
