Melinda couldn't use her powers on Matthew bc he is immune to them after copying them from the sisters. Yes, the villain was super corny but I'm glad we got to meet Melinda and dive deeper into the mythology of the sisters.

LMAO how did you miss the part where Melinda said any power of a good witch used against Matthew is no longer effective on him after he copies the power?? How did you not understand that that's why Melinda and Piper couldn't use their powers against him?? Imagine Piper freezing him right away when he shows up. He now has all 3 and becomes unstoppable to them. Her freeze wears off within seconds, and Prue isn't even there yet with the feather. And now, he has copied all 3 powers so none of them work on him. NOW WHAT?? How do they curse him now?? LMAO. Speaking of "things that annoyed the shit out of me." Sigh.
