Devil is as Devil Does- Lucifer doesn't lie to Chloe about having checked his wings when he brings Tiernan into the station. He tells Linda that earlier, he had checked his wings after Cloe leaves with Trixie and Dan, and sees that they are now Devil wings, which completely scares him terribly. I take this statement to mean that Lucifer had checked them upon Chloe, Trixie, and Dan, leaving the penthouse after Chloe reminds him that he is an angel. And when he does, he sees his wings have changed from being made of white feathers to Devil wings. This I believe, is partly why Lucifer then chooses to bring Tiernan in upon going after him, instead of punishing him far more severely like he did to his son and just like Eve wanted him to do. That and because Lucifer wants to be a better man. Not just for Chloe, but mostly for himself. However, when Lucifer discovers that bringing Tiernan in doesn't change his wings at all from being Devil wings liked he hoped doing good again would have, Lucifer then freaks out all the more, which is when he must call Linda for help. When he sees that he's changing for the worst because he believes himself to be a monster again in spite of all his best efforts to be a better man. Excellent episode, and definitely one of my favorites from season four. I absolutely love Lucifer's overarching storyline throughout this season!!! So, thank you for your reactions, my friends. the reason lucifer broke the guys back was because he called the women he was trafficking broken little dolls. so lucifer had a bit of irony and made julian a broken little doll because julian clearly had some sort of disdain for "broken" dolls. lucifer even confirms this when he said broken doll in this episode. there is a lot of setup in this season that pays off in the finale i hope that gets mentioned in the finale final thoughts. youll see what i mean. just a question why would they care about eve leaving heaven? heaven isnt a prison

just an fyi Lillith wasn't Lucifer's first girlfriend, she was Adam's first wife. so the prophecy can't be about her. but don't worry every story will make sense in time.

That wouldn't be something that would mean she can't be Lucifer's first love though, just because she was with someone else first. So it's not a terrible guess or theory.

Lillith wasn't Lucifer's girlfriend. Eve said that Lillith was Adam's first wife. In contentious religious mythology man and woman were first created at the same time, Adam and Lillith, then Lillith refused to submit to Adam and be inferior so she left the Garden of Eden, then Adam was lonely so God created Eve from his rib.
